Yes, Johnny Blaze is already in MCU. Indeed Blaze transferred the Spirit of Vengeance to Reyes, but that doesn't mean that he cannot appear again, since there is almost no information about him. Of course they should give a enough explanation to understand why he returned as Ghost Rider, for example, that the Spirit of Vengeance returned to him because they need to defeat an enemy from their past, or something like that. But now all depends on Kevin Feige.

Agents of SHIELD is worth HELL watching, the first season is a little slow but once you reach season 5 you appreciate all the effort they put in this show. I think the series is on Disney+ right now, but you can find it on other *cough* sites

The transformations are badass, I'll admit that, but otherwise this ghost rider is garbage. One does not simply subdue, control, or refuse the Spirit of Vengeance. You can work with it and it can work with you, but other than that, yeah, no. You're not just gonna turn it off when it's trying to kill someone. Plain and simple.
The idea behind ghost riders is they have some control as they are meant to be protecting everything from the spirit
If the spirit took control their power would be God-like and the only way to beat it is to either get the host back in control or destroy it which only God can do
Mad cap what show are you even watching. This is the most grounded and comic book accurate ghost rider we’ve gotten. Never once did Robbie try to stop the spirit of vengeance from doing what it needs to be doing lmao
