I looked for video talking about second step for those who are not in eligible countries but I can't find it. I have 1000 subs and 4k hours watch time . my chose location of a country which is eligible but to fill state and zip cod has become a set back. Can you explain to me what I can do. Or make a video about that, it will help others

Hey Sharon, the same thing happened to me. I already closed the new AdSense account that I created through AdSense, but now my step 2 has de error and it says that I have missing required payment details and only lets me fix it in AdSense (which I already deleted). Do I have to wait a bit longer until TH-cam releases that I closed the account so it will give me the option to create a new account? Or do I have to wait 32 days for the option to appear? Since you did the same and didn't have to wait 32 days, I was wondering if it just takes some time to realize that the AdSense account has also been deleted

@@tochistory When you switch the language of your TH-cam studio to English, a cloud will appear in the upper right corner with the option of live chat with a TH-cam support agent. You can contact them if you have further problems.
