- I got 47 in MCS and 56 in IBC (ILP) in both dec 22 and dec 23! This may be a coincidence but passing wasn't .. This video includes all the strategies that I followed to ace in open book exams, using which , you too can ace 🤜🤛

Please share step by step strategy for ibc open book particularly that how you prepared ,what notes you made ,specifically which material you took ..I mean in detail please please
I took lectures from shubhamm sukhkecha sir, I used his book (which is same as module, just colourful)..
I made my own notes of many chapters for cri (I used them too for revision)..
Did all imp markings in this book, like with green highlighter for case laws, pink for days and yellow for other imp points..
Also drew danger symbol for tricky points (shubhamm sir made us do this)..
I made seperate notes for all case laws
Also I studied amendments of June 22 to dec 23..
Also I did multiple revisions..
Learnt the imp. section numbers..
Solved 3-4 past year papers..
Also studied cri's and mcs's insolveny part for ILP too..
Took module, sir's book, cri book, MCS book for insolvency case laws, bare act, companies act, faq's sheet and shubhamm sir's some other sheets provided on his website for the exam..these were the main books..other were all modules of professional which I carried just for emergency situation and I secured 56 marks in both dec 22 and dec 23 exams..

No I'm not a CA and neither I am pursuing CA course..my brother is a CA

I have maintained notes for ibc but not for csr ,if it fine ? And also the case studies given in csr ,what did u do for tht is it relevant to remember or jst go through..
@@likhithdmlgeetha1440 if you have time, make notes for CSR too..the type of notes that'll help you in open book exam..like indexes or summaries..for case laws, make a short and sweet chart combining all the case laws in the book wherein write its name, short facts that will help you identify the case and then its judgement/ crux...also mention the page number where it is given in module..so whenever there'll come any question upon case laws, you'll be able to quickly find the relevant one from your chart and then go to module to find the full case law for writing the answer
