There is something fundamentally wrong with football if selling your academy products is the only way to stay within PSR (or FFP), something needs to change there to encourage clubs to develop and keep their home grown talent.
Not really. Rules are to stop clubs making ridiculous losses. Cash is a resource for every business but if you consistently misuse it, you end up where the club are now. Too many players signed for big big money that weren't even in the top 3 or 5 ranked players in the world in that position.
