One will get much cheaper and beautiful beach front properties in Sydney as compared to Mumbai Sometimes I wonder if it’s worth buying so called luxury properties in India ?

In fact, I lived in Mumbai for several years, and really appreciate Mumbai for it embraces people from all walks of life. Maybe , kerala does not have many industries, but it has some of the best hospitals in India, brings in a great revenue from abroad , is a highly popular tourist destination and people from the underprivileged class are flocking in search of employment and they are accepted. Please note, that it is about the apartment, where I expressed my views. I still repeat, it is not worth the huge amount. You can build or buy a house/ apartment that costs much less , a sustainable design, if it is to your liking , but a property worth every single rupee.
