One thing to note with Senna is that her Q applies on-hit effects to champions, which includes Energized effects (like Fleet Footwork and RFC), Sheen procs (like Divine Sunderer and Essence Reaver), and the 20% AD on-hit built into her passive. It's also worth mentioning that the damage of her Q, the damage from ripping Mist out of an enemy, and the on-hit damage in her passive all benefit from lifesteal, making it an incredibly potent and efficient stat on Senna. Definitely consider Legend: Bloodline in your runes as the free lifesteal is extra-valuable on Senna. A very fun build on Senna is your mythic of choice, Runaan's Hurricane, and Black Cleaver. The damage on her passive counts as a separate source of physical damage, so Senna stacks Black Cleaver super fast, and the bolts from Runaan's each reduce the cooldown of Senna's Q and apply Black Cleaver as well. This gives her extra utility in the form of AoE armor shred and allows her to spam her Q with the extra cooldown reduction.
Yeah all these on hit effect builds with her can be incredibly fun - especially if playing her adc where you have the money to get items these are incredibly fun!
i think for senna building collector is the key as her max health souls pull is deadly enough to trigger the collector and score hefty amount of kills and her q's healing scales with lethality too and due to recent 12.b and eclipse nerf pls dont build eclipse, stats arent that good anymore, go collector and duskblade imo correct me if im wrong
u never went eclipse for the the max health dmg, its for the shield + ms proc, lethality, sustain for being relatively cheap. if anything its better now with the mythic passive giving more move speed.

I like this support. It's kinda a support who can also play ADC when you need it. Her damage is surprisingly good for a support champ.
