Anybody else came here after he passed away? Good thing he wrote the book before he passed.RIP Elgin. Two of the greatest Lakers ever die in a span of just over a year. Very sad.
His humbleness is what made Elgin GREAT!
Those 7 losses to the Celtics in the Finals must have been frustrating for Elgin and Jerry.
The best player to never win a ring..
And better than a great many who did win
Lakers did honor him with one for the 1972 season, where Elgin retired early in the season.
They ain’t cursed no more!!
