This was a great video, as usual!! Though please don't use the term 'bali belly' it's an offensive term. Instead call what it is which is Gastroenteritis/ the stomach flu in which you can get from any other countries that uses different water and prepares its dishes differently, and it's pretty common to get anywhere in the global south so please don't put the blame on the island! Even if it doesn't seem offensive it is a disrespectful term.
As someone who has relatives in Indo, Indonesia has had a water and sanitation crisis for a long time and lack access to clean water and it's something that they're trying their best to work on
