Sonic 2 tails is the same sculpt, but his eyes are much bigger, and his tails are all yellow and dont have the white on the ends of them. Sonic 3 one looks way better than the 2.

The kids meals are $9 each and you can't get the cups or toppers separately, you have to get the bundle.
I hope when i go to the movies to watch sonic 3 i can at least get one of the cups of the characters
