shadowplay only works sometimes on this game, dunno why. wouldve had 5+ min of clips if it did. game is called Calabiyau or Strinova (steam name). Very fun, looking forward to NA release.
its more essentially to allow player to play with neat movements and maneuvers. from what i watch it lets you climb walls, glide, and yes shrink your hitbox but only on specific situations. if you are facing to fire at them them you still seem to have the same hitbox. kinda neat.
as far as i could tell when i was playing the game paper mode slims your hitbox and gives you some damage reduction (could be wrong), the games entire gimmick is being able to turn into paper so you can climb walls, peek/hold strange angles, and glide from high places

the game was just too cool lol, me and my friend dealt with it, but yea the 300ms we were on was very bad
