Yes, I now know the concealer brush is used for cleaning up the brows. I never clean up my brows, so I assumed it was used for normal concealer application. It didn't specify that it was for cleaning up brows, therefore I was unaware. I know this video is super long, but I hope it was in some way helpful for y'all.
