Wow- stumbled upon this on my feed. I was born in Natick. My 91 year old dad built a house on Woodland St in 1960 for 15k. A far cry from the $775,000 average cost today. Great town if you can afford to live there.
It still seems like it's a good spot. Rising inventory, not much appreciation from last year it's one of the first markets I've seen in a long time in this unique position. Still only about 20 miles from Boston. Hard to find a 4k+ sq ft home in an A+ school district for under 1.2m that isn't still receiving mega amounts of appreciation. I think it's a good one to watch for 2024 and opportunity is here
I have a suspicion people in Natick get cancer due to the contaminated ground water being up high and going into basements - just my suspicion with no significant evidence;

The prices have gone crazy in all of these areas since the pandemic. Where do you live now? Also thank you for checking out the video! Appreciate it
The problem for natick is it is too crowded and heterogeneous for premium living so people who can afford other towns will just move to other towns…
