Well, I found it before BvS came out, and I've never seen that movie before. If someone does know the author, let me know and I'll give them credit, but I honestly don't know where it came from.
Very true, but humanity has a way of hanging on. The good and bad of humanity almost equal each other out. If something bad would happen, then something good would break through the dark and show us the light. And if something is to bright, the darkness has a way of bringing in the shadows.
Pacing dead, empty streets. Ashes, stone, blood, and a never ending gray haze. The city returns to dust, crashing down like a tidal wave Darkness overflowing, consuming everything that was left of me. I spread my wings once more, but even they are charred with the marks of war The fire inside my soul has died, I cannot go on. What war has taken, I cannot recover Beauty returns to ashes once more. Tears are only a reflection of the hollowness inside of me. I see the dying light inside of her eyes, seeing all that I could not save. Her eyes like a mirror, her tears like a stream. The reflection of a long lost war, shattered hope, and a love forever gone in the breeze. "Stay with me!" Her wings were destroyed for me, and now she will never fly free. All of the memories, come flooding back onto me. "Stay with me...please." I remember, the fog surrounding her, the final light in her eyes, as her wings disintegrated infront of me. The pain. The love. The betrayal. Her own body collapsing, giving away to her feet. Everything. "It's okay..when this is over.._meet me on the other side_." " I can't do this without you..please." The darkness enclosing me, as her heart stops it's beat The fluttering eyes, the sadness, the grief. "Fly free, goodbye my darling, rest in peace.." I would give my own grace, for her to have her wings. All I wanted, has died on me. Tell me now: Should anybody ever have to watch their own true love die in their arms? ...The random shit I come up with in 3 minutes.. Also, if anybody here watches Supernatural, you will know _exactly_ what this poem is about.
freedom is not a joke but we lost it a long time ago but it will come back one day whan humanity faces death as a holl all will come to gather and make a better world
My family is plagued by war. I have a folded flag for almost my entire family. All my cousins are in the marines and two in the Air Force. It's my families tradition to serve. My dad did in Iraq, he is now another flag, one of the many passed down from generations of my family serving for what we believe in. The second to come was my oldest brother, I was at school waiting for him to come home for the weekend when we never saw him, two weeks later I found another flag at my door. I want to one day join the collection of flags in my room, and pass them to my kids before i pass. War is all my family knows, and we will always be ready.
No offense, but I respect how your family dies for America. How they die to shape a nation undivided. I respect one day you will that flag, but don't forget, war isn't always the answer, sometimes, it's forgiveness.....
Maki K. What a heartless dick. We Americans are worthy to die for our country. We put our blood on the front line to keep our nation, families and children so they can have food and a roof over their head.
Chase Tolle Maki K. Diplomacy? Diplomacy only works if everyone can learn to open their minds to the possibilities that they may be wrong, and that people have the right to believe in what ever they want. I hate war with a passion. People too often forget that the pain, anger, and sorrow that war might bring them is also inflicted on everyone one involved and on both sides.

Wolfer Wolfery War has always been terrible. It has always been a cause of horrible death and destruction. That is what the line means. War. War never changes.
War does not determine who is right, only who is left, but it is those few, who nature has chosen to keep through the cleansing process, those few, who nature has chosen to protect the rest of humanity. One day we will make our stand, whether against ourselves, nature, or other things. We Will Show What It Is Like To Be Human. Can't wait
My soul continues to battle, with the sins in my heart. Sometimes I can't help but cry, as I think about God. Cuz I still sin to this day, and know I was born this way, so please pay attention, not just listen, to the things that I have to say. Jesus paid a price, that none of us was ever able to pay, in the first place... God's anger is scarier than our own, but His pain and His love, reminds us that we're never alone, so as I sit here at the desk at my home, I think about myself and my loved ones, and how much we have grown. There was agony, rage and confusion, now I'm trying to chase yet another dream, that was never a fantasy, or even an illusion. But even after reading this short poem, just know that every one of us, could always use some sort of improvement... No matter how good you think you are at anything in life. Forreal.

War is not a fight, its a time where you must fight to find peace between the two sides that don't hate each other, but are dependent to each other to find ways to settle the war. War happen with every one but all must face the painfull road of emotions and memories we bitched about when we were young. But at the end there is peace with your battle scars to remind others that you fought not being the last standing but for a country you're proud of to have the freedom for others so that they don't have to feel as much pain in life then the road you chose and took down to the dead end that you changed to a connection.
inside this dying heart of mine you still reside Broken pieces of me chip away to reveal a love that hasn't faded memories of you are all I see as my life flashes before me You are my heart, you always have been looking back I wish I did things right I am shattered like glass and with me, nothing lasts except you a rock that I held on to And that saw me through even when you were long gone I still held the memories of you those few moments of peace and love that I will never see again I will never regret loving you my only regret Is I did not try hard enough to keep you... here, with me...
my brother is in the army. and every day I wonder if I will get to see him again. if he will be there for me when I grow old. if I will ever see his face again. I wonder if he has been through hell and back enough to cause him to go ill. I wonder if I will ever have anything left of him. he is the only brother that I can look up to. the only sibling I have. the only other family member besides my mom that I have left. the only brother I can look up to for hope.....the only brother I love.....the only brother that loves me....
the only reason why people fight that i can see is that we see each other different.we are all humans and live on this tiny little planet and no where else can we exist..we are different nations but in the end all we have is each other but we have divided land and divided ourselves based on religion clothing cast race.Hate has become apart of everyone way of life.I'm a muslim but when i speak i donot speak for the whole of muslims but me alone as an individual amongst billions on this planet.I'm here and i live and wish nothing other then happiness and peace for everyone..I wish you all a happy new year....
I hate this...😥 But love it at the same time...♥️ My great grandfather was amazing. I loved him so much😭 He fought during WWII. He was a brave soldier. He was a gunner in the Air Force. He completed all of his missions, but he got wounded. On making their way to land the bomber plane, damage was done to the aircraft and the plane came down in a terrible way. My grandfather was unable to climb out of the gunners position and the plane came down with a crash. The landing gear had been damaged badly and was unable to be deployed. The plane almost crushed him completely. He survived and completely served his country and he was honorably discharged and awarded a purple heart. I miss him so much😥😭💔 Be thankful for those who gave THEIR lives as a sacrifice for OUR families and OUR freedoms. Thank you to those who are serving now, those who have served, and those who will serve. YOUR sacrifice is greater than anything else to this country. YOU truly are America's superheroes!!! Keep up the FIGHT and SACRIFICE!!! 🇺🇸😘♥️ YOU are OUR freedom!!!

You can't call other peoples opinions bullshit because you don't agree with them, that would make you sort of similar to Hitler, or Robespierre, now, isn't THAT evil?
"Why being good is always hard?" "Being bad is easy, that's why people admire good guys because they know it's wasn't easy to be one it takes courage and sacrifice."
My great-grandfather died in 1944 in the defense of East Prussia against the Red Army. But we should honor the fallen of all nations and armies: Wehrmacht, Red Army, Polish Armed Forces, French Army, British Army and the Commonwealth's Troops, US Army, Italian Army, Balkan Armies, Scandinavian Armies, the Colonial Troops, Imperial Japanese Army and all the others. Rest in Peace - Your names will be forgotten, but not your deeds.
The man walked through the strange and beautiful flowers of blues and deep reds. Each rising high to the height of his knees brushing against him like the soft touch of the lady he had once loved. The dark red of their petals sending flashes of memory through his mind of the crimson red of her lips. The blue leaves revealing to him the vast blue ocean that had blessed the colors of her eyes. The gentle wind passed through the flowers dancing about with the same grace and flow she had once held in every step and stride. Then he stopped before the edge. A great chasm below held its arms wide and called to him. Come, it said. Come down from the mountain you have climbed. No more should you tire with your efforts in the pursuit of good. No more should you suffer for the pursuit of happiness. No more should your peace be broken by lovers tragedy or the bane of betrayal. No longer shall your mind be broken by the quarrels of conscience and mind. Come down and see the peace below. Come down and release from yourself the bonds of life. Come down to the depths and be lost in body and name, for the world has taken your beloved and beckons you to her side. The man looked down into that great abyss of darkness and his gaze led to weeping. The smell of the flowers were as sweet as the call of death. In his mind he grasped at the warmth of intimate moments and kind words of his lover in times past. Then a warmth came to him. Anger. It rose from within and overtook his pain laying upon like a thick blanket in a cold night. He rose from his knees but never took his gaze from the abyss. He could see nothing but it was not what he couldn’t see but what he saw. He saw her body the day he found it. Beaten and raw. The gashes torn throughout and flesh ripped from her chest. She was without covering and ravaged with marks of violation. Her eyes were empty as the abyss he stared into. No longer had they held their kindness, their joy, their laughter. Only an empty corridor leading to nowhere. He brought himself back from his memories and turned to grasp a flower from the ground. There were four petals upon its peak. A fitting number for the task he had now set before him. He held the flower before his eyes as he spoke. “My love. My heart. May my words be marked upon me and the flowers of deaths kiss hold me. For every petal on this flower, a promise in my heart.” Tears began to form and slither down his face as he continued. “As the blood has flowed from your body, so too will the blood flow from that of the empire and it’s people.” He took one petal from the flower and cast it into the great chasm below. “As your wounds laid open and bare before the world, so too will that of the kings and their families.” He cast down another petal. “Just as they had sent you down into that place to be broken and forgotten, I will wipe from the earth their presence and their memory.” Another petal down into the depths. He took from the flower the final petal and held it near to his chest. He squeezed it and even more the tears flowed. “No promise for you, my heart, but a request. Take from me my guilt, take from me my kindness that you have shown me. Take from me my mercy and my conscience. For with these things I cannot do what I have promised.” In that very moment the warmth of anger turned to hatred and overcame his mind. A wrath unseen by the world, caged like a savage and wild beast within him, was now free. And with this freedom of beast came the freedom of darkness within him. For the warmth that he had felt within him was the darkness itself. It pierced his heart and tore down the pillars of his mind as it moved about him. The great chasm below spoke one final time as the man let go of the last petal watching it twist and turn through the air as it fell into the deep. I am free at last.
War is a license to kill no more or less, you can see the love of each men and women in their eyes but yet you fight it is love and yet you let your heart fill black

Slowly she raised her head looking at all the destruction they left. Her knees hurt as they asked if she had anything left to say. "Yes", she answered with tears in her eyes, "In all my life's, I have seen many wars and one thing about them is certain. War does not determine who is right... only who is left.! As she lowered her head the tear fell onto the ground. All the memories she had came back. She felt the joy of being a mother and the pain of carrying loved ones to the grave. She led a good live, again. Btu this time it would be the end, because they do not learn. As the tear hit the floor a single shot was fired and the ageless woman collapsed to the ground. when they tuned her around to confirm her death she was still crying, and she would never stop doing so...

At the end of the day i am left in pain and waiting because i tried to rely on someone because i took a chance and what did you do? you threw it back in my face. When i need you, you are not there. So yes, i hate me. Because. I'm all thats left. To share the pain with, to relive the memories. when all else is gone, only i remain. and many nights, i wish that i did not. I wish, i did not

After watching Ender's Game, I find that this is very true, the picture along with the music.... morality, something in which has a definition that is created by society, created by those who still survive... a wonderful topic for those who have an open mind. war is just natures way to keep populations in check, like forest fires bring new life to a forest that has grown to dense. New life always grows from the ashes.
Humans have the capacity to destroy or create. Like Mewtwo once said, "The circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant. It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who we are." Unfortunately there are a lot of humans who destroy and don't care, blind to the destruction they leave in their wake.
Christ took a spear to the ribs, you can take one too remember that when they crucify you. They walk on land you walk on water and they know not what they do remember that when they crucify you. And the sea parts, And the clouds make way, Its the most horrific story that we've heard to date. And its death, painted on a child's face. And there are eyes, My fathers watching over me. And we the people gun each other down, Like we forgot we were equal and i still hear the sounds.
A soul, such a delicate and fleeting thing it's something we all like to think we have something that makes us stand out in the crowd, but just as a soul is fleeting and weak, a soul can be stronger than steel, it can hold fast in a resolve so strong it will die before it fails in that resolve. War, it wears down a person's mind and body until there is little left but the soul, war, some say it is evil other say it is necessary, and a few say war is an extension of the human condition. We as humans are so scared of dying we wish for us to leave our mark no matter how blood-drenched our hands become some are so scared they will do anything to be remembered by those around them. Fools say thinking such things are pointless, they say it doesn't matter, oh but it does matter so much if it didn't men would be talking about it since the day they could articulate emotion and thoughts. If it doesn't matter why do we care what we do in this life why is it that when we see a child that is not our own in danger we would endanger ourselves foolishly to defend them, we don't have to but we do, because inside our souls speak saying "This is wrong, we can not stand here and watch we must act." It's sad to see so many abandon the idea of the soul, for without a soul what are we? We are just animals with big sticks and with nothing but the drive to survive. The soul created humanity, the soul drove to become more, the soul made us great it made us think it made us feel it made us want to reach for the stars. Is there a god? Who knows, but what I do know is that there is something more to us, something that makes us stand out, something that makes us different than anything we have seen before something that allows us to shape and change worlds to bend the will of nature itself to our might, and that is all i truly know about the soul.
War never ends... The soldiers don’t go in there to kill the people they hate they do it for the people they love.. Even if we do win we won’t win back the people who fought and died for us..
We need living heroes more than dead ones. A dead Hero may inspire us to push on, and leave the past there. But a Living hero reminds us that we all live in the present, and are all capable of amazing things.
The way the world is, it deserves war. We people call for peace but we dont know what life is like for any kind. The likes of us only will understand when the face of earth has changed by the upcoming war. You will know what was life like to be, what was life meant tod be. You will remember it.
chills down my spine these feelings are mine these world is ours with few, who hold powers our time has been lent we are not ment to stay forever but to live together i wish to live in harmony rather than in tragedy can´t help the fact that life is out of tact i´m trying hard to change but can only derange at the end of the story there will be nothing to worry....

"War does not determine who is right, only who is left" by Bertrand Russell.
A perfect sentence for this perfect music, for a war movie
'Humanity,
A strange and multifaceted existence.
Good and Evil borne from the hearts of man.
These concepts define what we, as humans, determine to be right and wrong.
With this in mind, humans do what they desire,
We lie, steal, betray and kill,
Yet we also give, forge friendships, love and create life.
Conflict, strife and violence run throughout human history,
But so do acts of kindness, charity, generosity and sacrifice.
Where one man may be ambitious and bold,
another may be humble and easygoing.
People vary so greatly that disagreements are inevitable.
And yet humanity lives on,
A strange and multifaceted existence indeed......'
EDIT: FireTalon24 wrote this.

The city returns to dust, crashing down like a tidal wave
Darkness overflowing, consuming everything that was left of me.
I spread my wings once more, but even they are charred with the marks of war
The fire inside my soul has died, I cannot go on.
What war has taken, I cannot recover
Beauty returns to ashes once more.
Tears are only a reflection of the hollowness inside of me.
I see the dying light inside of her eyes, seeing all that I could not save.
Her eyes like a mirror, her tears like a stream.
The reflection of a long lost war, shattered hope, and a love forever gone in the breeze.
"Stay with me!"
Her wings were destroyed for me, and now she will never fly free.
All of the memories, come flooding back onto me.
"Stay with me...please."
I remember, the fog surrounding her, the final light in her eyes, as her wings disintegrated infront of me.
The pain. The love. The betrayal.
Her own body collapsing, giving away to her feet.
Everything.
"It's okay..when this is over.._meet me on the other side_."
" I can't do this without you..please."
The darkness enclosing me, as her heart stops it's beat
The fluttering eyes, the sadness, the grief.
"Fly free, goodbye my darling, rest in peace.."
I would give my own grace, for her to have her wings.
All I wanted, has died on me.

Band of brothers is probably one of the best tv series. I wish they made another one in Vietnam or Korea.
Me too.

My soul continues to battle,
with the sins in my heart.
Sometimes I can't help but cry,
as I think about God.
Cuz I still sin to this day,
and know I was born this way,
so please pay attention, not just listen,
to the things that I have to say.
Jesus paid a price,
that none of us was ever able to pay,
in the first place...
God's anger is scarier than our own,
but His pain and His love,
reminds us that we're never alone,
so as I sit here at the desk at my home,
I think about myself and my loved ones,
and how much we have grown.
There was agony, rage and confusion,
now I'm trying to chase yet another dream,
that was never a fantasy,
or even an illusion.

just know that every one of us,
could always use some sort of improvement...

My great grandfather was amazing. I loved him so much😭
He fought during WWII.
I miss him so much😥😭💔
Be thankful for those who gave THEIR lives as a sacrifice for OUR families and OUR freedoms. Thank you to those who are serving now, those who have served, and those who will serve. YOUR sacrifice is greater than anything else to this country. YOU truly are America's superheroes!!! Keep up the FIGHT and SACRIFICE!!! 🇺🇸😘♥️
YOU are OUR freedom!!!

Человечество должно положить конец войне или война положит конец человечеству
For with these things I cannot do what I have promised.”
In that very moment the warmth of anger turned to hatred and overcame his mind.

War is human nature.

From our shores to those of distant planets we will always bring war and destruction in our wake.
"The true soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because he loves what is behind him." -G.K. Chesterton
When you want to listen to this on Spotify 😭
And today til the end of time, we will never forget their sacrifice to maintain peace.
This soundtrack is a little similar to death note( last episode :when light dies)
chills down my spine
these feelings are mine
these world is ours
with few, who hold powers
our time has been lent
we are not ment
to stay forever
but to live together
i wish to live in harmony
rather than in tragedy
can´t help the fact
that life is out of tact
i´m trying hard to change
but can only derange
at the end of the story
there will be nothing to worry....
" War does not determine who is right only who is left " RIP to all bravest soldiers who did the greatest sacrifice of all time " 😥❤️🥲
