Hi Favor, I'll advice you try creating an account with Geegpay and get a US bank account in your name from there which you link to your upwork, that will make the withdrawal process a lot easier for you. since you only have your NIN, GEEGPAY accept that and you can bypass Payooner and all the charges you'll pay
