The sense of comfort I get from watching James talk about these movies is incomparable to anything else. Reminds me of when I was young and my ever growing love for horror movies. Thank you James and the cinnemassacre family!
I'm so happy to see these restored with the moving footage instead of youtube edit with still images. While I appreciate the effort to edit them for TH-cam. This is how it's ment to be seen with footage and sound from the film
I remember when leprechaun in the Hood came out I had a friend who said "I don't know if I'm going to watch this. These leprechaun flicks are starting to get cheesy"
These were the videos that made me look into classic movies and look at movies I never would’ve heard of when I was a teenager now I have a collection of my own and I have these videos to remind me of where that all started
I think this might be the highest quality these uploads have ever been. The footage is still lifted from older DVD rips, sure, but it's nice being able to see this Monster Madness outputted to 1080p. Great stuff!
I love that this full series is all in one video. BTW, quick fact about Daughter of Horror, Ed McMahon does the voiceover/narration for the movie. Yes, the same Ed McMahon who would become Johnny Carsons sidekick on the Tonight Show
1:05:54 The main reason the spirits, particularly 'The Beast' who later is revealed to be Henry Kane in the two sequels, is attracted to Carol Anne because she was born in that house so her life force is very strong and needed her to help the spirits pass into the Afterlife.
Thanks to James's review of Monsters Crash the Pajama Party, I ended up actually getting the DVD a few years ago at a thrift store, and he's right. The entire DVD is a blast to go through! Especially if you find a copy that includes the "Extra Weird Sampler" disc. James's copy doesn't have it, but some of the DVD's put out by the distributor (Something Weird Video) include an extra DVD that includes a compilation of old trailers for the other low budget movies they have in their catalogue, and like 90% of them are for old porno movies from the 70s or for low budget horror movies like Basket Case. This whole DVD is like a time capsule and one of my favorite ones I own now!
When I was a kid in the late 80's and early 90's, I would often go as "the invisible man" for Halloween because it was a fairly easy costume. I would wear a trench coat, giant sunglasses, and wrap bandages all around my face with a fedora hat. My version of the costume had originally come from watching the 80's Chevy Chase "Memoirs of an Invisible Man" film, but the other versions are cool too (even Hollow Man with Kevin Bacon lol.)
The real Creepshow 3 was Tales From The Dark Side: The Movie. It was originally planned to be called Creepshow 3 but for whatever reason they couldn't use the name.
What I don't understand about the Man They Could Not Hang is why didn't the doctor ask for a prisoner on death row to do the experiment on? I mean they're gonna die anyway
The best Monster Madness! The Raven (1935) is probably my favorite Poe film adaptation, along with Roger Corman's version of The Masque of the Red Death (1964).
When you mentioned the ingredients into the kiln I obviously thoguht of Fullmetal Alchemist. I do wonder if they gained any inspriration from western cinema.

Such nostalgia

Weird comment.

High-speed internet pornography has ruined that "I'm Mommy, want a spanking?" comeback.
Yes, mommy. I do 🥵
ah jeez
Spanking was always kinda messed up homestly. Ever been spanked before? It feels good

Yeah and not in sideshow form, very cool
i fall asleep to all of these. I miss your old school monster madnesses but your new ones are great too!
Same but the music and sounds in between the reviews startles me awake sometimes, i wish there was a version that changed that

50:57 Oh god I recognize this. That’s from Dracula The Dirty Old Man. I saw that from The Cinema Snobs review of that movie.
Nic cage was defo channeling the spanish dracula and bela in renfield.
It’s become an October tradition to rewatch Monster Madness for me 🎃 Cinemassacre fan since 2008!
I am really digging these compilations of past monster madnesses. Good stuff bro.
Jeff Combes is kinda the Lugosi of his era imo... a bunch of great roles in the 80s & 90s.
Respect for your comment
Glad to see these on TH-cam officially. Love these videos. Freaks was a classic movie

Lol. Why do I love that screaming vampire bat so much? 😆
God i love these. I could watch them everyday
These videos will forever be included in my Halloween time playlist.

The Mexican Dracula looks like Nicholas Cage.
Funny that Nicholas cage actually played dracula fairly recently
Carlos VillaRias
Dude yes 😂
That was Nicholas Cage in Spanish Dracula yall
That's what I was thinking!!
Tbf, the giant claws look IS a very Mexican look. It's definitely a cultural thing
RIP Stuart Gordon
This is my favorite MM, so nostalgic to see this again on TH-cam.❤
Definitely. I love watching this season back to back with Camp Cult.
Dracin-x is the proper way to refer to Spanish Dracula.
Thank you for reuploading these complete by year

My yearly Halloween tradition. Monster Madness.
It’s October once again folks. Lets watch together 🎉
I want another Leprechaun film with Warwick Davies.
Not gonna happen for a while, as he temporarily left the franchise.
True that The Giant Claw looks goofy but a little re design and it could look bad ass.

I saw white zombie with my grandma one time. i miss her she passed away oct 21 or 22nd. I even saw buckets of blood with her as well.

Poltergeist is probably the reason many people have fear of clowns.
For a lot of people my age (30’s) it’s It. The 1990 version
Nearly 14 years later and we still haven't gotten to see London After Midnight 😞
I've seen it.
Did anyone find the Giant Claw for James? Has anyone made a replica?
Crazy to think we can almost have a monster madness themed monster madness.
31 different monsterthons ; we need like 10 -15. more?
Someone should remake King Kong but they're not allowed to use computers. Let's see how it compares to the original.
Well there's yuh problem, 'ees invisible innit e?
Dr. Fives reminds me of Mr. Freeze a bit too. :)
