"La Mer" ("The Sea") is a song by the French composer, lyricist, singer and showman Charles Trenet.
The song was first recorded by the French singer Roland Gerbeau in 1945. When Trenet's version was released in 1946,
it became an unexpected hit and has remained a chanson classic and jazz standard ever since.

    SOUND WAS ACHIEVED BY :-
I played my Skylark semi acoustic guitar, into a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 2nd Gen USB Audio Interface, then into
a 'Reaper Mixing Software' programme to record the sound whilst playing to the backing track of :- 'La Mer'
Using Reaper & Guitar Rig, I produced the desired sound required and saved the finished soundtrack to my computer as a MP3 file.
Then I placed the camera footage onto the timeline in CyberLink PowerDirector19, 'BUT' I replaced the camera soundtrack with the 'NEW'
computer mixed soundtrack from Reaper and Guitar Rig, re-edited the footage to produce the finished video of :- 'La Mer'
