how to make it:
chop red and green chillies finely, do the same for
ginger and garlic aswell but (u can use a grater it
will give the perfect texture!)
add the chillies ginger garlic to a bowl
add same amount of salt and sugar (amount
depends on how much u are making), add vinegar,
add soy sauce and strir
+» now in a pan pour oil and wait till it gets heated.
Now add chopped onions, bay leaves, star anise,
cinnamon stick and stir till they turn almost
brown.
*now throw the onions, bay leaves etc and pour
the oil to the bowl of chillies.
