He does his best to stay close to fans, he live streams several times a week with us, he used to do free meet and greets at almost every show, that got too dangerous the kids were ripping his clothes off, kissing him etc, he does a death walk while performing where he walks down the center of a barricaded strip to hold hands and take pictures and now thats getting too dangerous, he had to move out of his dream home because fans would show up demand pictures etc and started doing it even when he wasnt home and it was just his wife. It's sad how disgusting fans can get. They're humans just like us and deserve to be treated eith the utmost respect and not grabbed, kissed or touched without consent. I'm just glad he still takes the time out for fans like others and I, streams for us and actually talks to the fans too. I hope she won't have to distance herself or doesn't get the mentality that the money is the only that matter.

*She's SO right!* The first concerts I've been in my life, I wanted to film and take photos all the time. I was afraid I'd forget as time went by. I wanted to capture that whole moment for the rest of my life. Then, I stopped doing that shit. Why? Because I realized that, in fact, after a few months, my memory of those events would be so faint that I could hardly remember certain details, such as when my favorite band played that particular song that I loved, or when the singer waved in my direction, or the smiles I'd see in the faces next to me, etc.... It was just an immense blur in my head. I'd find myself wishing I could relive those moments, just so I could put my fucking phone away and LISTEN to the music, and actually ENJOY the moment.
I've stopped filming shows for a long time, and believe me, I remember every single important detail from those shows. I have few to zero material memories, because instead they're all imprinted in my mind forever, and they're so heartwarming to remember. And those are the best concerts I've been in my life, simply because I'd go home afterwards and feel so much happiness and fulfillment!
So, to sum it all up: PUT DOWN YOUR PHONES. Trust me, you won't forget anything that's important from that night. It will stay in your memory forever, and you won't even need all those videos/photos to remind you! You will have a great time, and you'll feel so happy later!

From billie I learned that not only rock and hard songs can make us jump, 'cause Billie for me is like a relaxed queen and also atractive, especially when she says, "put your phone's away and talk to me" to her fans, really real concern of a young girl was only 16 y.o.
She is definitely "ahead of her time." Most great musicians are. She also truly does remind me of Kurt Cobain somewhat in this respect.

I think it's easy to say "put down your phone", when she can feel the same emotions all the time. However, for most of those people, those fan, a picture or a video is the only way they will forever impress that moment. Sure, you can enjoy the moment, but your memory will never remember everything. Pictures however are capable to instantly give you back emotions you felt right in that moment. You know, once the concert is over, the only thing that those people have left is memory and a picture or video.
I'm a photographer and I realized how much I enjoy look back at my past photos, it refresh in an incredible way my memory and the feeling i had in those moments. It's almost flying back in the past. Pictures are awesome.
