It has been one of my favourite classics ever since. Unbelievable it's 20 years ago but Metalheadz always kept on bringing quality releases the past 2 decades. Mad respect to John B, Goldie and the Metalheadz crew.

many people have a soft spot for the original, so a comparison is inevitable. when I started going to raves, it was a must play in every set, for this reason I have an emotional connection to it. guess it's the same for others too, the bar is really high when touching a classic like this. i dont agree with the bashing though, remix is top of the line.

Having said that, this is a nice remix, takes the bones of the original and takes it in a slightly different direction. Not sure if I like it quite as much as the original, but I've got 20 years of memories with that, so that's normal. Looking forward to hearing this on a big system.
Lucky to find a 12 inch vinyl with such a big remix and the original on the other side for those that weren't able to have it already in there collection.
Come to think of it I'd love to hear someone do remixes of either One Style by Tekniq or Radar by Goodfellas - some solid 1997 tunes that could use a bump.
Check out the work they did outside BC too, all of them hugely talented. The code by Absolute and subphonics etc, future forces, D bridge, vegas, theres so much quality that surrounds everything they touch

I don't knock it when someone revitalizes a classic. Gremlinz and Jesta doing the recent rework of Demonz by Goldie for example was quite nice. As long as they don't botch it I'm happy.
