the serial number is on the left side of the chain saw. It is below the worx logo. It is at the very bottom inside a white box. The first 4 numbers are the year. The worx help line didnt even know where to find it !
Thank you for taking the time to make and post this video, but please get a different cameraperson in the future. The unbelievably spastic camera work makes a helpful presentation almost unwatchable.
Hello friend! Both are good, I think the deciding factor should be what powershare you would like to use. I decided on WG322 because I already have WORX power share batteries, I have several WORX products and I wanted a small and light chainsaw. WG322 is maller and cheaper than CS4562B. If you want larger there is WG384E 35cm and WG385E 40cm chainsaw from WORX.
No, the battery was fine. It's an good chainsaw for a home owner like me, it's slow but works. But if you have many big trees to cut, I wouldn't recommend.
@@rapiddiy1864 I’d recommend not notching the base of the tree before you put a ladder up against it and start cutting as well like this guy did… also safety wear. Jheez.
Thank you. I found this MUCH easier to understand than the instruction manual. The saw works beautifully, by the way. 😀

I'll call the emergency room for ya.
My saw is so loose even when the black knob is tight. Help!
You need to pull the blade out to the max before tightening the knob.
@@josefez I love you
Hello friend, I am about to buy a chainsaw and I am undecided between the worx WG322 or the SKIL PWR CORE 20 CS4562B-10, which one do you recommend?

Geen aanrader dus?
Was your battery weak or is it just a poor chainsaw ? I'll check another review before deciding.
