Could you do a podcast where people send you their football boot collections (about 10+ pairs) and you rate them? I realize not all of your viewers have a collection but some have including me and I would be happy if you would rate my collection given that football boots are the thing I love the most because the two of you.

I can't wait for the phantom GX to be available on Nike by you. I am kinda sad that they have as flexible of a soleplate as Jay Mike showed in his review video. One of my favorite parts of hv1/2 was the snappy soleplate.
the crazy colour ways always get me especially the volt with the pink. i usually wear black with a bit of colour but if i can i get bright colours like the newest mercurials

I would like to know you thoughts on the Messi line, especially the 16.1. That to me seemed really close to what the GOAT himself liked. How does that boot stands today? Do you think there is and audience for the burrito tongue or only Leo? Do you think pros may not like what the average consumer likes and that is why companies modify them so much, not because they want to deliver subpar products but because a Pro version wouldn’t sell. Josh, who used to work on a store could talk about that selling point.

Fyi AG cleats: I noticed the default color of the studs is black when selecting colored plate. However, when putting on the chrome to the plate it automatically changes the studs to the chrome color!

My cleats were the ones at 26:45 and I ended up going with the pink ones! Also, I was messing around with the mismatch laces on the Green one that y'all liked better and forgot to change them back. Sorry about that.

Mine are the same colours as GaryTooGood @ 25:32 , but the opposite colours on the swoosh and I don't have the star pattern. I feel like mine are cleaner looking tbh, wish you featured them haha.

Jay Mike was right that the green/pink boots needed black laces. I think Josh is a bit out of practice when it comes to replacing laces on boots.
Hey guys quick question. I just got my Gold Absolutes and I love them, wore them at a kickabout with friends and they performed well. My problem is that they're just too flashy!
So my question is, what boot alternative could I wear that could emulate the Absolutes? Either in leather performance or striking elements. And don't say Edge.

Cristiano 100% is being slandered everywhere. I believe he is the better player, just proven in so many times and places in different clubs, positions, and the all-time goalscorer (and forever will be). By the numbers, he is the very best ever, like Messi too, but really he was not the deciding factor in their world cup win, Dibu, Di Maria and Julian were (along with a string of easy opponents, the Netherlands having been the strongest opponent, although, obviously credit for holding their own against France).
Absolutely agree, the slander has always been there sure but Argentina winning by shady means may I add has made the cr7 hate worse. In a way I think it’s mainly new football fans that have no clue who cr7 really is but because all these posts of Messi being the goat they have a blind opinion. And yes Messi wasn’t really a factor apart from the 5 gifted penalty’s, which my grandma could’ve scored with FIFA’s help😂🤷🏻♂️ CR7 is still the goat till this very day.

For me, I’m choosing the least of two evils. I hope Argentina wins. Mbappé has just been incredibly disrespectful and bratty this season, and he has said that South American football is nothing special. A lot of his teammates come from there, and Messi is beyond any reasonable doubt better than that punk, and he’s not even on his prime. Mbappé needs to be taken a few pegs down. I hate players like that. He’s a brilliant player, just needs to grow up a lot.
I hope Messi scores a hat trick on that punk. Argentina 3 - 0 France.
The one thing that I hate is that it’ll end the argument against CR7, and I’m a Ronaldo fan. I’ve always said that Ronaldo is better because of how he influences the teams he plays for, helping them be better, while Messi wasn’t like that. Then he moved to France. And is killing it this season. He never did help Argentina win tournaments. Now he has. Copa América, and now, the WC. Based on my own parameters, if Messi wins tomorrow, he will just be better than CR7. And it’s a shame. I wanted Ronaldo to win this battle, or at least to be debatable.
