Maybe Rick has insomnia or has a really bad sleep schedule maybe you guys need to find the root of why Rick is late and help him sleep on time. Generally, people who work at restaurants have bad sleep schedules since restaurants close so late. It's not the usual 9-4

But, I do agree with Dumb on if you guys are doing well, being fans of you guys it does uplift us and motivate us. Even some of the guests you have on. Hearing about their struggles and success is motivating too.
