The man was against the idea but couldn't tell me not to go directly. I remember that while he was quoting bible passages about eating "unclean meat," in my mind, I was doing yinmu 😅😅😅. My papa family na Muslims and they don't joke with their salad cowssss. Till now, I celebrate any festivity with my family, so long we are worshipping the same God.

Although, the bride and groom can decide not to even do church wedding at all, but if they decide to do it in church and the bride's father wants them to do it in a different church, it should be granted. This is because, prior to the joining of the man and the woman, the bride's father is the acting groom. Although they can all reach a conclusion to do the wedding anywhere, including the groom's church, but it shouldn't be done in the groom's church just because the groom wants it that way.
