Whenever i put geeso on the base , it starts peeling off if i apply a second layer of it or paint it.. Why is this happening??

Paint the wooden part green with leaf detailing and the clay part with pink,red,blue,purple colours I think it will look nice 👍
You can either use sepia colours or pastel colours to paint on it. Sepia colours would provide an antique look, while pastel colours would provide a funky and vibrant look.
Option 1) I think you should paint it in a way it looks aesthetic, like beige,ekdam light pink,bit of pastel green and yellow
Option 2) paint it like a jungle, all the shades of green,flowers in light pastel pink and yellow

You can use the bright clrs to clr the super doper clay art pieces and the bowl under part you can make something that belongs to nature like some texture like forest or the water waves 🌊 if you like my opinion please try it on♥️🤧
You can make it even better with mirrors and pearls❤❤❤
This piece really gives a vibe of under water so i suggest you to paint under water vibe for inside the bowl and with some fishes....the floral design on the side can be painted with various colours.... And use it for storing your accessories

It should have a brick wall effect 🧱 from the outer side and floral design inside the bowl .. how do you feel about it ....?

well you can actually make a pond like structure so, there will be bricks on outer side of the bowl for which you can use clay, foam or paint it and the inner side will have more leaves and flowers and you can use resin or epoxy to make water so when you keep your jewelry in there it looks like its floating or something like that.

Do something related to garden or forest theme… It should look magical with hints of gold.
I think you must paint it in green kind coz green is a colour which relax our eyes and the clay work is also going well with something like green you can use different shades of green and I personally think it will turn super cool and awesome well let's see what will you do.....
