Louie was so cute trying to get a drink from the hose sprayer. We were told once, by a vet, that acorns make the cows not produce milk. Have you found that to be true?
@@rmiller8000 I’ve heard that, as well. When I was a kid, and we milked cows, Dad didn’t want them eating acorns in the fall because he thought that reduced milk production in the dairy cows. I don’t think it has that much of an effect on beef cows, plus my cows that calved in the spring have pretty much ceased milking and have begun to wean their calves on their own.
