Rachel, I was so excited to see this! I just had bunion surgery and am off my feet for 4 weeks!😫
I've been experimenting with "chair Zumba" as a way to keep practicing and learning new choreo. It's great to see how much exercise you can get while seated!! This choreo was fun!! I'm so happy to get ideas for seated Zumba! As always, YOU ROCK!!! 😁😁👍👍

psydoc that’s so kind of you thank you. I hope I’ll learn week by week as I teach what works and what doesn’t. Happy to be starting this new journey ❤️

Thank you!! I really appreciate this! My Zumba Gold classes are at an assisted living home and they LOVE the nostalgic songs. And I love when the choreo also makes them feel successful (but is also a little bit of a challenge and a work out). This one is great for my group!! Thank you!!!

zumbamaz Fuller yes definately I’m sure familiar songs keep people engaged more in the choreo and more present in the class. Thank you for the compliment ❤️

Thank you so much for this, Rachel! I was just hired to teach my first seated Zumba Gold class in an Assisted Living facility and I am so happy to find good seated choreography! My standing Zumba Gold classes love your standing choreos as well! Keep it all coming! Love from Dallas, TX. USA!

So very nice! Even seated you are a pro, only bit I noted was some of the claps were very sharp in my earbuds, BUT not all of them....Hmmmm?! Anyway carry on, will be watching anxiously for your next!

ZumbachickKirsten you are so kind❤️. The only other one I did was an adaptation of a flamenco I made when I presented the first Gold Jam at Zincon 2018! I have only taught 2 chair classes ever (in the last 2 weeks). Your feedback is wonderful and encouraging thank you ❤️

LOVE this, I will be using this for My healthy steps class. But what version is this song? cant find it with the emphasis on the Z movement.

You did great! I really enjoyed it. I’m an Instructor, as well. I agree with the person saying not to clap too loud. When I was in Choir, we were told to do only a soft clap, because of the microphone.
