Toy Boy might be the most underrated mens rose fragrance on the market! Niche quality for sure, I think the bottle turns people off.
I was the opposite i thought the bottle looked cool and the frag turned me off, will need to get my nose on it again but hated it first time

I have cool water intense . It's not blue fragrance it's definitely a cheapie Eros on the low. That is great. I had a woman smell me from about 15 ft away( I was outside walking) and the wind was blowing she looked at me said yum!

Thanks never thought of Eros a blue fragrance, I usually think of the Dior ssvage, Chanel blue., and dylan blue. Ps. Try Missoni pour homme( good chanel blue cheapie), and please when you get a chance can you do qreview Davidoff Hot Water it's only like 20 bucks.

Hey Ross, there's a beast mode fragrance out there from Cremo it's called Silver Water and Birch. Have you tried it. It's loud and it lasts 10 to 12 hours. Hopefully you can do a review on this one. I'm on my third bottle in 4 years and performance hasn't changed.

Ok so here goes my 2 cents , light blue forever was the most realistic smelling cologne ever (grapefruit to the max) until I received coffee lush , now i have a few coffee smelling fragrances but coffee lush just ruined all of them , if you like coffee this is not a must try , in my humble opinion it’s a must have and the price you pay, the performance you get is unreal 👍🏻

on point with the comment about carbon. I worked an 8 hour shift, i thought my fragrance was gone about 5 yours in.. then when my shift change came in she said “you smell so good”
For most of the ones I have experience with can’t disagree definitely interested in trying a few of these pretty crazy to see how much price has fluctuated with a couple too now with Prada carbon it’s the other way around you can find sauvage much cheaper they are going for $100 now which is pretty wild last bottle of sauvage I got was a 100ml I think it was $75 but I do think carbon is the better fragrance maybe not as loud of long lasting but it’s smoother than sauvage that has a tendency to be too sharp and metallic smelling at times
Same thing with aqva atlantique now luckily picked up a couple 100ml testers on the cheap awhile back and that stuff is going for over $50 for a 50ml now that it’s been discontinued I never really thought about the similarity to Dylan blue but I can see that what I got upon smelling it and wearing it immediately it was sauvage esq no denying it’s an ambroxan bomb but to me it always smelled like a cross between sauvage and ADG profondo I don’t have any other aqva fragrances so I can’t speak to that but another great scent bites the dust!
Wanted by Night is another one where it is easy to go completely noseblind and have no idea just how crazy the performance is. I had a few occasions where I went 10-15 sprays including resprays and I'm just not smelling it. Meanwhile, in reality it's projecting like a nuclear bomb with 15ft radius 6-8 hours later. Now I max out around 8-10 sprays and know even if I am not smelling it everyone around me including my date most certainly is.

I do 6-8 sprays on average and 4-5 on scents like wanted by night. 10-15 is nuts lol
It would dope if you can do your favorite affordable beast mode fragrance from any year other than 2024 - just an idea I had
I own at least 5 of these. Just the other day I found Bentley for Men in my local Bealls $28, I'm searching for Bentley for Men Intense now.
I got pepe jeans celebrate recently but it smells just idk, like nondescript. Maybe it was warmed up during transportation from USPS processing centers? So maybe I need to let it sit for a few weeks? I got mine from FragX

Citizen Jack has a beast mode fragrance that you have to scrape off that smells really good.

You need to get your nose on some Franck Olivier fragrances. They are cheap and very good quality.

I have a 10ml travel spray of ToyBoy that I scored from a Marshall’s for $10… Not my go-to masculine Rose fragrance. If I’m in the mod for Rose I’m wearing Cartier Declaration d’Un Soir or Creed Royal Mayfair.

If you haven’t yet… You should checkout Declaration d’Un Soir.. Spicy masculine Rose, like ToyBoy… But it’s a more mature, subtle smelling scent.. classy smelling.. One of my favorite Spring / office scents ever..
Prices are going up like crazy.. I got my full presentation about 3 years ago for $45… I saw a tester for $55 and full presentation for $70+
Still… at those prices, I feel it’s worth it..

Personally, I would say no. I can maybe see where the comparisons come from, but Halloween Man X is coffee heavy, and the main notes that come through in Eros are the vanilla and mint. To me they're quite different and not redundant to have both.

I'm ROCKN profondo today and I owned crome extreme i agree the opening is about the same as crome extreme.I gave my extreme to my son he loved it .I really didn't like the Dry down of extreme but the opening g is awesome and ut does last 10 plus on me .I'm loving profondo its my first ware today .wanted by nite pops off me its my most worn winter scent I got large bottle 45 bucks last year

Not every variance in performance is due to reformulation. Recently, I bought a bottle of Ferragamo ' Blu and I couldn't smell a thing. Now THAT it macerated, if I spray it anywhere close to my nose, I get a headache. We're dealing with chemicals, and sometimes they have a mind of THEIR own.
It's an "interesting" name had me laughing 🤣

Everything is subjective bro. What may be beast mode on ones skin may be awful on another's. Ross said he has oily skin which helps with projection and sillage while people like myself with drier skin some fragrances may perform less which means I may have to spray more than others.
Ross is pretty spot on. I am a perfumer and honestly align with about 95% of what Ross says. He doesnt sugar coat much if anything.
Sounds like you have skin chemistry issues if you are saying you don't get good performance out of anything that performs great on others.
