2 questions for everyone: 1: What do you like to get from McDonald’s? Mine is the Happy Meal. Just enough food where I’m full, but not to full. 2: Are McDonald’s ice cream machines always broken? 🤨. I rarely get ice cream from McDonalds so I don’t really know?
I think the moral lesson here is that while eating a bit of sweets and junk food once in a while is fine, you need to also eat mostly healthy stuff as well as a rainbow of fruits and vegetables with appropriate measures of meats/protein grains and calcium/dairy everyday as well in order to have good health and happy lives as well. 🥕🥔🍠🍆🍅🥒🥜
I agree! I do love me some sweets and junk foods, but I do try to add more veggies in me. I don’t have a problem with eating mostly fruits, meats, dairy’s and grains. If you want something sweet, but it’s healthy. I have made baked donuts before and those are yummy! Also if you go to a smoothie place. You can order a smoothie without sugar because the fruits will add that natural sweetness in it. Veggie straws are good too! Aphmau’s videos do have a moral lesson in each of her videos for kids, teens and adults 😁
