That finger nip at the end was because rabbits cant see directly in front of their noses (its their blind spot). So Jabba was probably testing to see if what you were holding out was a carrot. If you hold your hand a little further away in front of her nose she could see your hand. Also they can see to well each side and behind.
I'm glad you're giving Jabba the green, leafy parts of the carrots and not the carrots themselves. The green, leafy parts and roots are much better for them.
While carrot roots are high in sugar and should only be given sparingly, carrot tops can also make rabbits gassy which can make then uncomfortable and could become serious if it gets too bad. For a rabbit of Jabba's size those proportions aren't bad.

I have a rabbit of my own, her name is Rosemary. She's a Caster Rex. Shes about half the size of Jabba but twice the size of most 'house' rabbits. I give her fresh grass dandilions from our yard, as well as herbs and some berries from my garden
Bro my rabbits can eat 8 big rabbits in one single day it’s completely fine to give them a few big carrots a weak... and no they dont get them every day and yes they are indeed big actually they are bigger then cats and weigh about 7kg each and I have two. They hate plain salad and love the carrot roots more. They eat broccoli hey and some dry food. The food I give them is something different each times tho most of the time it’s ok. Wouldn’t advise to give them only carrots but 2-3 baby carrots a week is bs tbh. Good video tho
