Thank you. I like your comments very much.
Lots of complex logic and very hidden digits. Great puzzle in the hard category. Nice solve with excellent tutorial.
I enjoyed the multiple groups of pairs in this puzzle. Fun solve. (16:18)
Identifying 28 pairs in the top left box saved me some time in solving this puzzle. Good one.
well this was the first time i got a sub-10 minute time on the hard sudokus. i think my usual solving strategy just meshed well with this one. i find it hard to focus on scanning box-wise like you do here, so I just use the very convenient double click to highlight all cells marked 1 (for example) and add corner marks that way (easier to just go through the numbers this way for me) followed by center marking any pairs/triples/quadruples across rows, columns and in boxes.
In this one for example, this strategy led me to get the 28-pair in box 1 pretty much immediately, and after that solved box 4 without needing to search for naked singles (which i am terrible at, especially since the easy ones get caught by the center marks anyways). it's always interesting, in particular, to see you explain the way you follow up; i think that's the one thing i'm worse at than finding singles-usually if i'm stuck, i just start all over double clicking each number to check for new info which really inflates my times; I guess today was just lucky :D
Nice solve, you missed the 28 pair in box 1 though from the beginning.
Found this one flowed well, solving in 11:35
Some very tough spots in that one, thank you for your explanations. Newcomers (including myself) often over-pencilmark. Would it be interesting to explain why you don't once or twice? It would add time to your solve, but could be useful to some of your viewers, especially for 'harder to spot' puzzles.
Thank you once again for your excellent videos.
19:19 for me today. The 28 pair in box one was helpful, just didn't spot it initially. Enjoyed this one!
This was the first puzzle I did where I tried to follow along with what you were doing. Still took me 54:19 :( Hopefully I'll get there soon.
I had a tough time with this one today. Ended up with half the board center marked before I found that first naked single 3. Yet its available from the very beginning. Not sure why my eye wasn't drawn to that area.
