​@@sharonwipper4003From Nigeria, you will need to apply for a tourist visa first and during your travel, note that you can't move from Nigeria straight into Montenegro. You will either have to go through the UK, USA, Canada etc. These countries have to be your first point of entry. You might need more research into this in order to avoid travel mistakes.
