This was awesome! I am glad you held your footing on the run over! Also was great to see your excitement when the dolphins were jumping out of the water. What a magical experience!
Ha thanks Ryan. Yep I nearly busted my camera and myself 😃😃 Well worth it though - never been so close to Dolphins in the wild - they were no more than 10 yards away at times. And such show offs too once they had finished feeding!! Hope you’re having a great weekend my friend 👍👍👍
Thanks very much. 🙏🙏🙏. I’m glad you enjoyed this one It really was an amazing experience - we were very privileged to see them. I hope you’re having a good week And thanks again 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Very interesting video, Dave. Once I was swimming in the sea and the dolphins swam so close that I could touch them with my hands. Dolphins are incredible.
That’s just brilliant Serge - they are really amazing creatures - they definitely played up to the watching crowd - they would jump - get a cheer and then jump higher!! So beautiful watch And they did it because they could. 👍👍
Wow guys!! These are amazing to see, they were so close to the shoreline!! I bet it was a thrill!! I never tire of seeing these magnificent creatures!! I sawm with them once, the best experience, highly recommend! Great video guys!
That’s amazing. - we have never seen them so close - they were feeding and playing and showing off - it was an amazing experience - we loved every second!!
They really did Bruce. It was amazing!! They were really playing up to the crowd as soon as they had finished feeding. Every jump, backflip and tail slap received a cheer and so they jumped higher!! It was just brilliant at to watch. Hope you’re having a good week my friend 👍👍👍
Hi and thanks 🙏🙏🙏 Yes, we couldn’t believe it - as close as 10 yards at times. A dog was barking at them and so they came closer to get a better look and almost to tease it!! Just amazing - so clever and once they finished feeding they just started playing - they could have swum away but they seemed to want to put on a show for their audience. Thanks again for your kind comments and I hope you have a great weekend 👍👍👍 Dave H.
Wow this absolutely stunning breathtaking views as well as the stunning show of Dolphins priceless I absolutely enjoyed the show as much you did and all the rest who watch this awesome display. Thank you dear friend.
Hi and Thankyou 🙏🙏🙏. And sorry I’m so late replying Yes, it was an amazing experience - so wonderful to be so close to these amazing creatures - they are just so clever and once they had finished feeding they just wanted to entertain. They didn’t have to - but they seemed to enjoy playing around in front of us all. Thanks for watching - it’s very kind of you And I hope you are having a great weekend 👍👍👍👍
Total relaxed Ramujiro, they were in their natural environment and they actually seemed to enjoy our presence! After feeding they started to play up to the audience. Wonderful experience - just amazing to see!! Hope you’re well my friend and having a great weekend 👍👍👍
Absolutely wonderful mate - could t believe how close they came - nearly on the beach at one point. There was a Labrador which stated barking at them - and so they came a bit closer!! Literally toying with the audience and playing up to us. Once they had finished feeding, their jumps and backflips and tail slaps became higher as the people cheered. And they didn’t have to do it - they actually were enjoying themselves!! What an experience!!
Thanks for watching. 🙏🙏🙏. It was a really special experience- I’ve never seen wild dolphins from the shore before and it was amazing to watch them feeding, playing and messing about for us watchers!! Thanks again. Hope you’re well 👍👍👍
Thankyou 🙏🙏🙏 This was a wonderful experience - we couldn’t believe our luck and they were so close to the beach!! They were really messing about with the crowd - it was just fantastic Thanks again and hope you’re having a great weekend 👍👍👍
It was just wonderful - couldn’t believe our luck We just were amazed by them - once they had finished feeding, they just played up to their audience - never seen anything like it. Hope you guys are well and having a great weekend 👍👍👍
Scotland is so beautiful, my goodness! Those ocean views and beaches, you captured an amazing atmospheric feel. And there they are, the dolphins!! Wow such magnificent creatures and you captured them on camera so beautifully! Amazing video, I'm smiling from ear to ear!
Thankyou 🙏🙏🙏. I’m really glad that you enjoyed the video. It was an amazing experience to be so close these magnificent animals. They were only 10 yards away at times. And so clever, once they had finished feeding that just seemed to want to entertain. Jumping and looking at us as they jumped - as if to say, how was that? And they disappeared as quickly as they had arrived. Absolutely wonderful to watch Hope you have a great weekend Frederike👍👍👍
Hi Billy - cheers for watching. Yes, we had never seen Dolphins from the shore before. So this was pretty magical to be honest And we were so lucky - 1/2 hour later they were gone But just so clever - once they had finished feeding it was like - ok let’s entertain them. Amazing experience Hope you’re well mate and having a good week 👍👍👍
Loved seeing the wild dolphins with you, Dave and Sue! They're so beautiful and intelligent. We love seeing them in the wild and not is Seaworld. On occasion we've seen them off the Florida Coast here in the US. It's always something special and we love it and your video! Thanks so much for bringing us along.
Cheers guys. It was a truly wonderful experience to be so close to them and to watch them doing what comes naturally. And they were so close!! And when they finished feeding, they just played up to the crowd!! Hope you’re having a good week Dave and Kathy 👍👍👍
Hi and thanks, North.Bedfordshire.Nature for sharing. Yes, you captured dolphins@3:35, @4:44,@12:25, and so on. I have heard that the UK is not a habitat for dolphins, but they swim after fish. Salmon are like Filet mignon steak for them. I can feel how much you two were thrilled at that moment. That's why I go on a kayak trip to see the wildlife. Dolphins, manatees, and alligators are always around in FL, US. In December, people often say that Dolphins jump in the air and you witnessed them. I have seen them swim at me many times like a foot away. They are very protective, so they swim right next to baby dolphins in a pod. I was once surrounded by many pods of dolphins, more than 50 of them. So I really can tell how much you were emotional to see them."Sunset & Dolphins." I am very happy for you, two. I hope you survived the heat waves. Well done and keep coming. 🙋♀🙋♀🛶🛶
Hi and thanks so much for your kind comments🙏🙏🙏 Yes, the UK is a great habitat for Dolphins Porpoises and Whales. We have many different species here. There are a couple of pods of Orcas on the North Coast which we were hoping to see but we were not lucky enough this time. We were in Northumberland last week and we spotted pods of Dolphins off the coast there too. The pod in the video are regular visitors to that exact spot to feed so it was just wonderful to be able to get so close to them. How amazing to be able to Kayak with them. Such intelligent creatures, it must be such a thrill!! There seems to really be a connection between these beautiful animals and humans. Yes, we had a dreadful heatwave here, especially in the South. We have had wildfires and there are going to be water shortages next month I think😨😨 But we were in the North East so we missed the worst of it here at home. Thanks again. Hope you’re well and that you’re having a great week 👍👍👍👍 Dave & Sue
@@NBNatureTrailvan Wow, I didn't know about dolphin habitats in the UK, and thank you so much. Adding to my bucket list. I love your professional photographs. Look forward to upcoming videos. 🙋♀🙋♀🛶🛶
Thank you. Yes it was but it was so worth it to watch these beautiful creatures One of our favourite ever wildlife encounters. Have great week ahead 👍👍😃
This really is a complete delight to watch, incredible that Dolphins are there, so so beautiful, it was so incredible how close you all were too! Some of your photographs of them are outstanding! Thank you for capturing the beautys, looks like you had a wonderful day out x
It was amazing. We were travelling down from the North coast and we made it just in time - they were brilliant to watch. Real show offs once they had finished feeding. Hope you guys are having a good week 👍👍👍
Thanks Priya - it was an amazing experience. Being so close, 10 yards at times, to these amazing creatures was really special. We loved it, maybe my favourite ever Wildlife experience. And once they finished feeding, they definitely played up to the crowd - such show offs 😃😃 Have a great weekend 👍👍👍
Oh my Dave and Sue, that must have been one incredible experience. To have dolphins so close doing what dolphins do naturally and not what a trainer wants them to do! We've never seen them in the wild, and to be quite honest, I had no idea they were in the UK. Thanks for opening my eyes to this fact. Love that big grin on your face Dave!!
Cheers William. Yep, pure joy on my face!! We’ve never seen wild dolphins from the shore before, so this was really special. Believe it or not, we were up in Northumberland with family last week and saw a pod of Dolphins twice from the property we were staying in! But they were a way out not this close. These guys were really playing up to the audience - as soon as they finished feeding!! It was amazing. Yes, there are many Dolphin and Whale species around the UK. But this pod is probably the most famous. There are a couple of Orca pods around the North of Scotland - would love to spot them one day. Glad you enjoyed them guys - and have a great week ahead 👍👍👍
Thanks Rodkris. You’re always very kind 🙏🙏🙏🙏 It was a really amazing experience to watch them so close to the beach Hope you’ve had a great weekend 👍👍👍👍
Wow, that is amazing, truly beautiful footage and photos. Thank you for sharing this incredible experience you had, I cannae believe the Dolphins were so close to you.
Hi and thanks 🙏 🙏🙏 They were so close at times you felt you could reach out and touch them!! A dog was barking at them and so they came so close - not sure if it was to get a closer look or just to tempt it to jump in!! 😃 Amazing creatures - once they finished feeding they were just like - ok let’s entertain them now - and as the audience whooped and gasped they just jumped higher!! It was brilliant - and so glad you enjoyed it Hope you’re having a good weekend 👍👍👍
Oh, the dolphins, displaying their dancing prowess! Such an extraordinary emotional and social intelligence! They feel they had the audience and hence the showoff! I had a grand time watching them and catching you flashing that smile! Thanks for taking me along with you and Sue, Dave! 😊
It was great to have you along 👍👍. And thanks for your kind comments Yes it was really special - magic moments - when they had finished feeding, they just sort of went - ok time for the show. And the audience cheered when they jumped - so they jumped higher!!!! And no one made them do it!! It was a real privilege Hope you’ve had a great weekend and that you have a good weekend ahead 👍👍👍
Amazing nature Dave and Sue! Wonderful! You had perfect timing! Really special to see the dolphins swimming and jumping and turning! Awesome video and photos! Wow!! Excellent photo with two in mid- air at the same time!! 👍👍👍🐬🐬🐬 Cheers!!
We were so lucky Jen. We were on the North Coast travelling to the South of Scotland and I had tried to plan a stop off here at midday. It so happened that the tide change was perfect for us to witness them feeding. Half an hour later and we would have missed them. Once they had finished feeding they just played up to the audience - they didn’t have to do it - they were just enjoying themselves and enjoying being the centre of our attention. It was really magical. Thanks for watching and hope you’ve had a great weekend 👍👍👍
@@JenniferLupine what happens is that the Salmon wait outside the point for the tide to turn which then pushes them into the bay and their feeder rivers. And the Dolphins just lay in wait. So just after the low tide point is when you see the Dolphins feeding We were lucky that we could cut our Southward trip to get there for low tide So we were lucky we made it but it was sort of planned a couple of days in advance They’re not always there Jen so sort of double lucky. We had friends who sat there all day last year because they hadn’t realised about the tide times!! It was just brilliant and they were so so close 😍
@@NBNatureTrailvan Ah, I see… yes, double lucky! That swing of tide is really amazing. Do they know where the dolphins go now? I wonder how large their range is? We have a pod Orca whales in Puget Sound, but I haven’t ever seen them- People can take a tour boat, they seem to know where they are at any given time, and sometimes people see them from the car ferry. I’m sure it’s the same type of thrill to see these animals in person!! For you, you got to be so close!! 😁💕💗
@@JenniferLupine I don’t think that they track them - as sometimes they just don’t turn up on schedule 😃. The Orcas must be an incredible sight. We have a pod around Shetland and the North Coast - I would so love to see them!!!
It was wonderful to see the dolphins. Seeing the young ones must have been so wonderful too. Great place to see some awesome views too. Wow they were all over. I can see why you felt a connection
It was just amazing Nicole. They finished feeding and rather than swim away, they stayed really close and out in a show. As they jumped they were looking at the audience like - how about that one? Just an amazing experience to be that close
I enjoyed seeing the dolphins this week but that was nothing in comparison to this experience. 😱 Dolphins are so clever they must have known they were putting on a show for you! Your face when watching them was pure joy! Absolutely stunning photos and great video! An experience you will never forget! Xxx
They knew! They really did - and they didn’t have to do it But when they finished feeding - they were jumping and watching us and as the audience whooped they jumped higher and started backflips!! They were looking at us as they jumped. Just amazing animals - supposed to be the most intelligent of all wildlife and it showed!!
Hello Dave...yes this must give you a kick to see them playing and fishing. They are the stars of the show!!! The music of Serge Pavkin gives an extra dimension to it.Greetings Gijs
Hi Gijs. Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed seeing them. They were amazing - it was really special. Once they had finished feeding, they just started to play up to their audience, jumping and tail slapping and the people loved it, cheering as they jumped. Hope you’re well my friend - Serge’s Music is very special - there is always something which fits every mood. He is so very talented.
Very Beautiful Natural Scenery Friends Your trip is really amazing keep on making other vlogs with the latest ideas May God give you health and success for ever.
How lucky You are Dave to have such a wonderful experience, to see the Dolphins so close to the shore in front of you. No wonder there where crowds of people with you. You took some stunning images, simply marvellous. All the best, Ivor.
Thanks very much 🙏🙏🙏. It was really unbelievable to be so close to these magnificent creatures. What an experience - they are so close you can almost touch them at times. They played up to the audience once they had finished fishing 😃 Thanks again - hope you’re well and hope you’ve had a great weekend And your support means a lot 🙏🙏🙏
Wow, what an amazing experience for you and Sue! Dolphins are intelligent beautiful and sensitive creatures. They have been known to share a special connection with people. It’s nice to see the love and respect you have for natures wildlife.
Hi Dave - yes this was a very special moment. And a real privilege to be so close to these guys in their natural environment. When they finished feeding, they just seemed to want to entertain - the more the audience gasped and whooped, the higher they jumped. And no one made them - they were doing it because they were enjoying the show as much as we were!! Stunning creatures, what an experience it was. Hope you’re having a great weekend Dave and thanks for your kind comments 👍👍👍👍
Merci Boucoup 🙏🙏🙏 You’re very kind - we had an amazing experience watching these beautiful creatures They were so close and it was brilliant to see them playing up to their audience once they had finished feeding Hope you’re well and have a great weekend 👍👍👍
This is so soothing and absolutely relaxing to watch. I really enjoy following your journey and how you view the world. Great videos and how you took us through the entire experience is just amazing. Thank you so much for creating and wishing you the best.
Thankyou very much- thanks very kind of you 🙏🙏🙏 The Dolphins are just wonderful to watch - amazing creatures that seem to have a real connection with humans. Thanks again 🙏🙏🙏
Fantastic nature experience you share here, Dave. Congratulations on the observation. Thank you for sharing these magical moments. I wish you a pleasant Sunday. Kind regards, Knut.
Thankyou Knut. 🙏🙏🙏 We were very lucky - and arrived just at the right time as the tide turned. When they finished feeding they just started to play up to the crowd - as they jumped they looked at us all with amusement - you could see it and feel it. Amazing experience Hope you’re well my friend and having a good weekend 👍👍👍
Thankyou Carlene 🙏🙏🙏 It really was an amazing experience! They’re just so clever - after fishing they just played up to the crowd - jumping and tail slapping and having fun It was so good to watch them I hope you’re having a good weekend 👍👍👍
Lol steady on there Dave. What a wonderful experience to see. Thanks for sharing this one. Just of been something to be that close to them. Beautiful animals and so intelligent. Great splash shots. Have a great weekend Dave.
He he - nearly lost the cameras and myself too 😃 Just great to watch them Duane - I’m honestly sure that once they had eaten their fill they hung around to play about in front of us - there were some whoops and hollers at the biggest leaps and they just kept going! 😃😃
Thankyou very much 🙏🙏🙏 It was an amazing experience - we loved every second of it - and couldn’t believe what was happening right in front of us! I hope you’re having a great weekend too 👍👍👍
It was brilliant Peter. We were very lucky. Almost too late as the tide had already turned pushing the Salmon down into the Dolphins trap!! Once they finished feeding, they just out in a show - they knew that were entertaining all of us and just jumped higher and back flipped more spectacularly. A real experience to be so close to them!!!
Cheers Sue It was an amazing experience - and they were so so close. Couldn’t believe our eyes!! We had an amazing road trip - that West Coast (and the North Coast) is spectacular!! Weather was great for four days but it then became more typical Scottish😃😃 Have a good weekend 👍👍👍
This is quite a treat for my Sunday, so thank you Dave and Sue:) And I can imagine how fun it was for you to be there watching these amazing cousins of humanity. But even without the dolphins chasing salmon, Chanonry point is quite a place. The strength of the tidal current is daunting and I can imagine the unwary boat captain getting into trouble at that spot. Just watching the water rushing past is also an experience; but when you have a pod of show-offs it gets even more fun:) So here you have a memory for a long time:) All the best, Ant
Do you know what Ant, it was probably the best wildlife experience we have witnessed. They are amazing creatures, after finishing feeding they just seemed to want to entertain. And every time they got a gasp or a whoop from the crowd - they just jumped higher. And no one made them do it!! Yes, the point is an amazing place - the strength of the tide is awesome - no wonder the Salmon use it and the Dolphins know where to be at what time. Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it and hope you’re having a great weekend 👍👍👍
@@NBNatureTrailvan I have to admit that I was reminded of the book The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy by the late Douglas Adams and where dolphins have a part to play. Maybe an obscure reference for those not familiar with his books:) Leaving that aside whales are amazing creatures - we have them in the fjords here in the north; but they are more majestic and not into show-business like their smaller cousins in the south:)
@@ArcticNatureExperiences ha that’s right Ant. I would love to see Orcas especially - but you’re right - some of these Dolphin pods seem to be into show business!! 😃😃
What a video dave and sue,i adore 🐬🐬,we get them here, but i have only seen them once in my kayak always get seals.Love how you done this with the map and how you explain everything, with map ect."ps love your camera"What stunning footage dave,i mean stunning! i Have always loved dolphins as a child, but hated what disney used them for to make money. But went to the florida keys so my daughter could swim with dolphins, they are just about getting dolphins back in the wild, think my dollars are still on there ceiling, think she was with a mum and dad and baby for about a hour and the kindness and the fact i knew my money was helping them back into the sea,not exploitation like seaworld .to say this made my day is not enough, loved this video debs xx and sorry for waffleing on. 🤗 💎 🐬🦭xx🤗
That’s a brilliant story Debs 👏👏. Wonderful that they are being released and that people are trying to keep nature where it should be. That’s what we loved about these Dolphins - they were there because they were feeding and trapping Salmon in the tide. But when they finished feeding, they just stayed and started to show off to their audience. Backflips, Jumps, tail slaps and everything done to whoops from the humans. And they seemed to jump higher when they got a cheer. They really are amazing and I definitely felt some sort of connection!! They were looking at us as they jumped each time, as if to say, what do you reckon to this one. And they did it because they could, not because they were forced. Loved every second Debs - maybe my best wildlife experience ever. Hope you’re having a good week 👍👍👍
This was so cool. So many people keeping an eye for the dolphins. Oh, my gosh, they came in so close. There were so many, and they didn't seem to be bothered by the spectators at all. They were focused on their mission. Love the backflip. It was about as much fun to see how excited you were as it was to see the dolphin. You got some amazing photos and videos. They are show offs. They almost looked like they were performing at Sea World.
Yep it was just amazing DeAnna. They knew we were there before we knew they were there and they just kept on feeding. And when they had finished - they started jumping, back flipping and tail slapping. And when their audience whooped at a jump, they jumped higher next time!! It was absolutely amazing and wonderful to see!!!! And they were so close. At one point a dog started barking at them, so they deliberately came closer just to see what the reaction would be!! Never seen anything like it. And they didn’t have to do it - they just did it because they were enjoying entertaining us - when they jumped they were looking across and almost seemed to be smiling and laughing. Just incredible to see so close but still in their natural environment. Loved every second as you could probably tell 😃😃 Hope you guys are well and having a great weekend 👍👍👍
👋👋👋👋 wow! wow!.. What a tremendous story my friend, thoses dolphins they were amazing, I witch I was there 😀 awesome images, very impressive Full watch! Thank you so much for sharing, my Big like👍👍👍👍👍
Thankyou 🙏🙏 It was an absolutely amazing experience!! We were so close to them and they are such show offs. Once they had finished feeding, they just started to play around right in front of us. They didn’t have to, no one made them, they were just enjoying their fun. Thanks again - hope you’re well and having a good week 👍👍
Hi Dave 👋 ! Wow, thanks for this 🤩 !! Such good footage and stills 😊👍. A superb Scottish wildlife adventure, feeling that connection with intelligent wild creatures. Witnessing their joy in life and strength as they feed and play in the strong tidal flow. Well done, thanks again. All the best, cheers, Don 🙋♂️ !
Here’s Don. It was very special. They were so close - never seen anything like it!! We were lucky to get there just in time as the tide turned and the Salmon run started Thanks again. Hope you’ve had a great weekend
It was just wonderful Sierra Just wonderful - one of my favourite ever natural experiences - they started to play around for their audience once they had finished feeding and as the crowd cheered they jumped higher!! We felt like they were toying with us, so intelligent. Thanks for watching - and hope you’re having a great weekend 👍👍👍
Thanks Cara 🙏🙏🙏 We were really lucky to be able to get there in time as the tide turned and the Salmon were pushed into the Dolphins trap!! And once they finished feeding - they just played around and we knew that they knew we were being entertained They didn’t have to do it - no one told them - they were just enjoying life and enjoying entertaining us. When the crowd whooped at a jump, they just jumped higher. It was utterly amazing!!
Dave that was fabulously introduced but the introduction didn't do it justice. That was awesome and it must have been even more spectacular to see first hand. I know the thanks for sharing gets banded about a lot but this one is a great share. Great video. Loved it 🐬 ❤️👍
Just unbelievable mate - nearly broke the cameras and my neck to get there in time, but absolutely loved the experience. And once they had finished feeding, they just messed about knowing that the people were loving it - every jump was cheered and so they jumped higher!! And they did it because they could. Just brilliant - and couldn’t believe how close they came in!! Nearly on the beach at one point!! Glad you enjoyed it Paul. I was just blown away by it really. Hope you’re having a good weekend mate 👍👍👍
Nice video Dave. If you could have only arrived earlier, then you wouldn't have had to run. Lol. Glad you didn't miss the show. Awesome seeing the dolphins. Looks like they gave you a real nice show. Super fun to watch them playing in the water. Lots of people too. Popular spot. Have a great day.
Cheers Steve - and yes we were late 🤣🤣. Nearly broke the camera and my neck with i!! They were amazing to watch - and so close too! A brilliant experience 👍👍👍
Thanks guys. - we were so lucky - arrived just at the right time. And they are real show offs - playing right in front of us!! Hope you guys are well and having a good week 👍👍👍
New Subscriber here (397). Greetings from Naples, Florida. This was so much fun for us to watch, because we have lots of dolphins here, too, and love to watch them. Thank you so much for sharing, my new friend. (like 71) 👍
You’re so lucky!! We had never seen wild Dolphins from the shore before - and these guys were so close - only 10 yards away - and to watch them fishing and then playing around - watching us as if to say - you enjoying this? It was an amazing experience!!! Hope you have a good week and thanks so much for your kind comments 👍👍👍
They were just wonderful to watch. As soon as they finished feeding, they just started to play up to the watching crowd. Jumps, backflips and tailslaps all met with whoops and cheers. And they didn’t have to do it, no one forced them - they were just enjoying our enjoyment Thanks for watching and for your kind comments - hope you’re well 🙏🙏🙏
Thankyou. 🙏🙏🙏 We were so so lucky - they’re amazing creatures - and when they had finished feeding they just played up to the crowd. Thanks again, - hope you’re having a great weekend 👍👍👍
Seriously amazing to watch Keith. They arrive just as the tide turns and it sweeps the Salmon into the Firth. They feed for around 25 minutes right in front of you and then it’s almost as if they’re saying “ok time to entertain them” They seem to enjoy it immensely, they actually look at the audience as they jump and back flip. And the great thing is, no one makes them do it. They do it because they enjoy it. Hope you’re having a good week mate
Good morning, rose, waffle and jasmine I wish you good luck and continued success, my friend I am here to reach with you the pinnacle of glory and fame😘
Cheers mate. So lucky we were there in time!! One they stopped feeding they were like - oh ok let’s entertain them Every jump was cheered and so they jumped a bit higher. And the great thing is - they were not being forced they were just really enjoying themselves. Hope you’ve had a great weekend mate 👍👍👍
It was amazing Kev. Very lucky to get there in time as the Salmon run started!! Once they finished feeding they just played up to the audience - it was brilliant Then they were gone as soon as they had arrived Hope you’ve had a good weekend mate 👍👍👍
Amazing! We'll be in the area (tentatively) at one point on our Scotland trip. This would be a great opportunity to see the dolphins. Thanks for sharing this wonderful experience!
It was amazing. Maybe our most wow moments of the trip. If you do visit you must make sure of the tide times. The Dolphins only visit there just as the tide turns to come in each day and brings in the Salmon. We were there mid June, and I think Spring and Summer are the best times to see them. We loved every second of that 40 minutes or so! What an experience it was!! Have a brilliant weekend guys Dave & Sue
@@NBNatureTrailvan we are planning tentatively to be there in early May, whichever year we end up flying over. We'll be sure to check the tide times. Thanks for the info! You have a great weekend as well.
Absolutely stunning! Thanks for sharing. My family live across in Nairn. So am revisiting and will return to chanonry point in Sept. Fingers crossed I'm as fortunate as you were.
Oh how cool it must be to live there. Yes, fingers crossed you see them too when you visit. They were amazing, really playing up to the crowd after they had finished feeding - a real connection somehow. They were looking at us as they jumped - almost saying - how was that then. And they didn’t have to do it - just natural behaviour from such intelligent animals. Hope you see them 🤞🤞🤞🤞. And thanks for watching and your kind comments. 🙏🙏
Thankyou very much 🙏🙏🙏 I’m glad you enjoyed this one. It was an amazing experience watching these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. Absolutely wonderful to see them I hope you have a great weekend ahead 👍👍👍 Dave H
Unbelievable footage, we never saw nothing like that when we were up in the Highlands and we do look but seen nothing. You sure hit lucky with this footage, must have been amazing watching it, cheers Alan
Hi Alan - yes we were really lucky - this pod regularly sets a Salmon trap at the point - especially in Summer - and always just as the tide turns to come back in. But they’re not there all the time - and so we were lucky that our return journey gave us the chance to stop off at exactly the right time!!! And they were so close - literally 10 yards away at times - they came in closer at one point to investigate and tease a barking dog. Stunning creatures - and when they had finished feeding they stayed around playing and enjoying entertaining us. They looked across at us each time they jumped - as if to say - what do you reckon? My most amazing wildlife experience without a doubt. Have a great weekend mate 👍👍👍
OH MY GOODNESS!! This is amazing!! How lucky are y’all to have seen this?!! I absolutely love dolphins! Your photos were absolutely perfect Dave! They certainly put on a show for y’all!
They really did Gracie - once they had finished feeding, they started to play up to the audience and when the people cheered, they jumped a bit higher. And of course, they didn’t have to do it - they are totally natural and just seemed to enjoy entertaining everyone. Just amazing So glad you enjoyed this one - and hope you’re having a great weekend Gracie 👍👍👍
Since seeing them in your trailer we have been itching to see this part of your fabulous Scottish adventure and it did not disappoint, the excitement of the chase from landing late amd being among all the people waiting to catch a glimpse of the amazing dolphins, and wow oh wow was it worth it! Amazing Dave, so chuffed for you and Sue, that was incredible! Aren't they truly special, intelligent, playful and beautiful 😍 thanks for the video! Have a great weekend, Ceri and Kat ❤️ ☕️ 👍 🗺 🐬 🌊
Tell you what guys - probably my favourite wildlife experience Just loved every second - you probably saw it on my face 😃😃 They are just so special - when they had finished fishing - you could just tell that they started to play up to the watching crowd. The higher they jumped the bigger the whoop and then they went higher again. Just so brilliant - so glad you enjoyed this one - we were so very lucky and nearly missed the fun! Very close to breaking cameras and neck 🤣🤣🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Hope you’re having a brilliant weekend guys and thanks for always supporting. Loved your Herefordshire film with Cara - sorry I was late watching. We’ve had a manic week up North but it’s finally slowing down now!!
Thankyou 🙏🙏🙏. An absolutely amazing experience!! Such a huge privilege to watch - especially so close to the beach!! And they played up to their audience - they knew we were enjoying it and so jumped higher, did backflips and tail slaps as the audience whooped. Just amazing Hope you’re having a great weekend 👍👍👍
Dave this was so so so so cute ! I loved the dolphins and l loved how happy you looked when you turned round to Sue and looked at the camera . It looked like an amazing experience especially when they started performing for you all and you said that there was a real connection. That was so good to watch, thanks . Have a great evening evening :) ~ Anna
Cheers Anna 🙏🙏🙏 It was really amazing. They were so close - we were so glad we made a detour to watch them. I was absolutely made up - it was amazing that when they had seemingly finished feeding they just started to mess around - the biggest jumps we’re getting cheers and they just kept on doing it. Amazing!! Have a brilliant rest of the weekend 👍👍👍
Thanks guys An amazing experience - we weren’t going to go there and it was a last mi Ute decision. So glad we did - they were almost close enough to touch at some points - almost on the beach!! Have a great weekend you two 👍👍👍
Ha yes, it’s amazing!!! The Dolphins are just wonderful to watch - they play up to the crowd once they’ve finished feeding and you can get so close to them It’s really magic!! Hope you’re doing well and that you’ve had a good week Dave & Sue
Wow! This was an incredible video guys! How lucky to see wild dolphins so close to shore, and boy did they put on a show for you🥰🐬. We have never seen them in Scotland but we have had them swim along with a boat we were on in the canaries, we actually got quite emotional seeing them, i think they somehow move you like that, perhaps it is that connection they have with humans, and i would defy anyone not to get positively giddy when they jump out of the water🤗😍🐬. So pleased that you both had this experience, we are sure it will stay with you forever, and now you have this beautiful video to look back on too! Thanks so much for sharing this with us, it is on our ever growing bucket list to visit here😊👌. Hope you are well and have a great week ahead, Shell and Pete
Cheers Pete and Shell There is definitely a connection, definitely!! When they had finished feeding they started to put on a show No one made them, they seemed to be doing it because we were enjoying it. The more they jumped the more the audience whooped and they just jumped higher!! 😍😍. Tail slaps, back flips you name it. If you do go, just make sure you get there as the tide turns to come back in as that’s when the Salmon are pushed into the Firth and the Dolphins are waiting. I don’t know if this happens all year round though and obviously there’s no guarantee. But it is an absolutely amazing experience We were just so lucky and privileged
Wow Dave 🤩 what an experience you had here…..so much better than ours as Nick has already explained! They are sooo close! Stunning! This was an amazing video! Thank you for sharing this, loved it so many amazing shots 🐬🐬🐬🐬👏👌👍❤️🫶
Thanks Jill. Yes huge shame that you didn’t get to see them. We were really lucky I think. We stopped off on the off chance and the timings worked near enough perfectly as the tide turned to come back in. Never really expected to see them but when we saw the crowd there we thought that something must be happening!! How you guys have had a great weekend - a. bit cooler then the last one hopefully 👍👍👍
What a great day watching all the dolphins. We used to see them when surfing. It's always a surprise when they decide to share a wave with you. Really nice video and so nice of you to share. New subscriber here.
Hi Paul Thanks very much - it’s the first time we’ve seen them from the shore over here - and they were close. Within 10 yards at times, they even came closer to tease a dog that was barking at them. And when they finished feeding it was like - let’s give them a show 😃😃 Amazing experience to see Thanks for watching and thanks for following. Means a lot. Hope you have a great weekend 👍👍 Dave H

It was just brilliant to watch Antonio. An amazing experience being so close to wild animals just doing what they do. Maybe my favourite wildlife moment to date.
This was awesome! I am glad you held your footing on the run over! Also was great to see your excitement when the dolphins were jumping out of the water. What a magical experience!
Ha thanks Ryan. Yep I nearly busted my camera and myself 😃😃
Well worth it though - never been so close to Dolphins in the wild - they were no more than 10 yards away at times.
And such show offs too once they had finished feeding!! Hope you’re having a great weekend my friend 👍👍👍
Very entertaining dolphin show experience, very amazing animals. Thank you so much for sharing this great video.
Thanks very much. 🙏🙏🙏. I’m glad you enjoyed this one
It really was an amazing experience - we were very privileged to see them.
I hope you’re having a good week
And thanks again 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Very interesting video, Dave. Once I was swimming in the sea and the dolphins swam so close that I could touch them with my hands. Dolphins are incredible.
That’s just brilliant Serge - they are really amazing creatures - they definitely played up to the watching crowd - they would jump - get a cheer and then jump higher!!
So beautiful watch
And they did it because they could. 👍👍
You had me hooked at dolphins...Amazing indeed!!!! Sure did put on quite the show! Bruce and Otis
Unbelievable how close these animals were to the shore. Great footage and thanks for sharing
Hi and thanks 🙏🙏🙏
Yes, we couldn’t believe it - as close as 10 yards at times. A dog was barking at them and so they came closer to get a better look and almost to tease it!!
Just amazing - so clever and once they finished feeding they just started playing - they could have swum away but they seemed to want to put on a show for their audience.
Thanks again for your kind comments and I hope you have a great weekend 👍👍👍
Dave H.
Wow this absolutely stunning breathtaking views as well as the stunning show of Dolphins priceless I absolutely enjoyed the show as much you did and all the rest who watch this awesome display. Thank you dear friend.
Hi and Thankyou 🙏🙏🙏. And sorry I’m so late replying
Yes, it was an amazing experience - so wonderful to be so close to these amazing creatures - they are just so clever and once they had finished feeding they just wanted to entertain.
They didn’t have to - but they seemed to enjoy playing around in front of us all.
Thanks for watching - it’s very kind of you
And I hope you are having a great weekend 👍👍👍👍
I am amazed that the dolphins come so close to the shore. And they look so relaxed, thanks for the precious video✨
Total relaxed Ramujiro, they were in their natural environment and they actually seemed to enjoy our presence! After feeding they started to play up to the audience.
Wonderful experience - just amazing to see!!
Hope you’re well my friend and having a great weekend 👍👍👍
Chanonry point looks amazing..fantastic to see the Dolphins so close to the shore...Epic nature experience.
Wow just wonderful
Great ocean view

It was an amazing experience to be so close these magnificent animals. They were only 10 yards away at times.
And so clever, once they had finished feeding that just seemed to want to entertain. Jumping and looking at us as they jumped - as if to say, how was that?
And they disappeared as quickly as they had arrived.
Absolutely wonderful to watch

Wow! That is so amazing. Dolphins are such fascinating animals to observe
It was just amazing to watch them. So beautiful and so intelligent!!
Thanks for watching - and hope you’re having a good week 👍👍👍
Cool footage never seen a Dolphin up close
Hi Billy - cheers for watching. Yes, we had never seen Dolphins from the shore before. So this was pretty magical to be honest
And we were so lucky - 1/2 hour later they were gone
But just so clever - once they had finished feeding it was like - ok let’s entertain them.
Amazing experience
Hope you’re well mate and having a good week 👍👍👍
Nice place filming . Amazing Wildlife experience.
It was just wonderful Mircea wonderful. They were so close
Hope you’re having a good week Dave and Kathy 👍👍👍
wow what a nice view the dolphins in the sea thanks for sharing 😍👍
Thankyou 🙏🙏🙏
You’re very kind - I’m glad you enjoyed this one
And have a great weekend 👍👍👍
Hi and thanks so much for your kind comments🙏🙏🙏
Yes, the UK is a great habitat for Dolphins Porpoises and Whales.
We have had wildfires and there are going to be water shortages next month I think😨😨
But we were in the North East so we missed the worst of it here at home.
Thanks again. Hope you’re well and that you’re having a great week 👍👍👍👍
Dave & Sue
@@NBNatureTrailvan Wow, I didn't know about dolphin habitats in the UK, and thank you so much. Adding to my bucket list. I love your professional photographs. Look forward to upcoming videos. 🙋♀🙋♀🛶🛶

Love dolphins. Looks like a chilly and windy day.
Thank you. Yes it was but it was so worth it to watch these beautiful creatures
One of our favourite ever wildlife encounters.
Hope you guys are having a good week 👍👍👍
beautiful scenery so many dolphins and you take the picture thanks for sharing friends have a nice day 🙏
Thankyou very much. We had an amazing experience and we were so close to them. T was amazing!!

This is such a treat to watch these wonderful dolphins with you. I enjoyed this so much. Wow! They really are beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing 💜
Thanks Priya - it was an amazing experience. Being so close, 10 yards at times, to these amazing creatures was really special.
We loved it, maybe my favourite ever Wildlife experience.
And once they finished feeding, they definitely played up to the crowd - such show offs 😃😃
Have a great weekend 👍👍👍
@@NBNatureTrailvan Wow Orcas, that's got to be fantastic to see!!! Again my friend, great job!!
Woooooooowww That's really cool and awesome dolphins out there my friend. Keep it up and more vidz to come.
Thanks Rodkris. You’re always very kind 🙏🙏🙏🙏
It was a really amazing experience to watch them so close to the beach
Hope you’ve had a great weekend 👍👍👍👍
Wow, that is amazing, truly beautiful footage and photos. Thank you for sharing this incredible experience you had, I cannae believe the Dolphins were so close to you.
Hi and thanks 🙏 🙏🙏
They were so close at times you felt you could reach out and touch them!!
A dog was barking at them and so they came so close - not sure if it was to get a closer look or just to tempt it to jump in!! 😃
Amazing creatures - once they finished feeding they were just like - ok let’s entertain them now - and as the audience whooped and gasped they just jumped higher!!
It was brilliant - and so glad you enjoyed it
Hope you’re having a good weekend 👍👍👍
Wow!!! Awesome!! Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed the full video 12:57
Thanks Eliz 🙏🙏🙏. Glad you enjoyed this one. It was an amazing experience!!
And thanks for your kind comments
Yes it was really special - magic moments - when they had finished feeding, they just sort of went - ok time for the show. And the audience cheered when they jumped - so they jumped higher!!!!
And no one made them do it!!
It was a real privilege
Hope you’ve had a great weekend and that you have a good weekend ahead 👍👍👍
👍12 a wonderful beautiful dolphins

Thanks so much🙏🙏🙏. It was an amazing experience it really was 👍👍👍. Hope you’re having a great weekend
Amazing nature Dave and Sue! Wonderful! You had perfect timing! Really special to see the dolphins swimming and jumping and turning! Awesome video and photos! Wow!! Excellent photo with two in mid-
air at the same time!!
@@NBNatureTrailvan How did you know to stop and look for them? That’s wonderful! Right place at the right time! Great experience for sure! Thrilling!
@@JenniferLupine what happens is that the Salmon wait outside the point for the tide to turn which then pushes them into the bay and their feeder rivers. And the Dolphins just lay in wait.
So just after the low tide point is when you see the Dolphins feeding
We were lucky that we could cut our Southward trip to get there for low tide
So we were lucky we made it but it was sort of planned a couple of days in advance
They’re not always there Jen so sort of double lucky.
Xxx
They knew! They really did - and they didn’t have to do it
But when they finished feeding - they were jumping and watching us and as the audience whooped they jumped higher and started backflips!!

Magnificent wild dolphins. Thanks for sharing. I have a few of your videos to catch up on. Take care, Sue.

It was an amazing experience - and they were so so close. Couldn’t believe our eyes!!
We had an amazing road trip - that West Coast (and the North Coast) is spectacular!!
Weather was great for four days but it then became more typical Scottish😃😃
Have a good weekend 👍👍👍

Loved every second as you could probably tell 😃😃

Here’s Don. It was very special. They were so close - never seen anything like it!!
We were lucky to get there just in time as the tide turned and the Salmon run started
Thanks again. Hope you’ve had a great weekend
Great sharing nice recipe 👍🎁🔔👈Great sharing nice video my new friend💯👈
Thankyou 🙏🙏🙏
So cool to watch! Even more magical in person ! 😇
It was just wonderful Sierra
Just wonderful - one of my favourite ever natural experiences - they started to play around for their audience once they had finished feeding and as the crowd cheered they jumped higher!!
We felt like they were toying with us, so intelligent.
Thanks for watching - and hope you’re having a great weekend 👍👍👍
Wow, what an amazing experience. How
Lucky for you to see such a show. Such beautiful and clever animals. Really wonderful video, loved it ❤️
Thanks Cara 🙏🙏🙏
We were really lucky to be able to get there in time as the tide turned and the Salmon were pushed into the Dolphins trap!!
And once they finished feeding - they just played around and we knew that they knew we were being entertained
They didn’t have to do it - no one told them - they were just enjoying life and enjoying entertaining us. When the crowd whooped at a jump, they just jumped higher. It was utterly amazing!!
@@NBNatureTrailvan sounds it 🤩
Dave that was fabulously introduced but the introduction didn't do it justice.
Nice video, thanks for your sharing 👍🙏.

Hello, that was really a great wildlife experience. We liked it. Thanks. Greetings Alex and Alex
Thanks guys. - we were so lucky - arrived just at the right time.
And they are real show offs - playing right in front of us!!

And they didn’t have to do it, no one forced them - they were just enjoying our enjoyment
Thanks for watching and for your kind comments - hope you’re well 🙏🙏🙏
Incredible footage of dolphins
Thankyou. 🙏🙏🙏
We were so so lucky - they’re amazing creatures - and when they had finished feeding they just played up to the crowd.
Thanks again, - hope you’re having a great weekend 👍👍👍
What a totally amazing experience for you both. I really must remember that place next time I’m up that way I’d love to go and see. Cheers Keith
Seriously amazing to watch Keith.
They arrive just as the tide turns and it sweeps the Salmon into the Firth.
They feed for around 25 minutes right in front of you and then it’s almost as if they’re saying “ok time to entertain them”
They seem to enjoy it immensely, they actually look at the audience as they jump and back flip. And the great thing is, no one makes them do it. They do it because they enjoy it.
Hope you’re having a good week mate
Great content. Places attractive. Thank you. 👌👏😉
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏 glad you enjoyed this one 👍👍👍
And I hope you’re having a good week 👍👍👍

Cheers mate. So lucky we were there in time!!
One they stopped feeding they were like - oh ok let’s entertain them
Every jump was cheered and so they jumped a bit higher.
And the great thing is - they were not being forced they were just really enjoying themselves.
Hope you’ve had a great weekend mate 👍👍👍
Wow, I love this kind of video.💙
Thank you so much for uploading the video. My friend!
Hi and thanks 🙏🙏🙏. Glad you enjoyed the Dolphins. They’re such amazing creatures and we were so close to them!
Amazing experience Dave to se these beautiful creatures. 🐬🐬🐬
It was amazing Kev. Very lucky to get there in time as the Salmon run started!!
Once they finished feeding they just played up to the audience - it was brilliant
Then they were gone as soon as they had arrived
Hope you’ve had a good weekend mate 👍👍👍
Have a brilliant weekend guys
Dave & Sue
@@NBNatureTrailvan sounds incredible. 🐬
@@ladyjrider666 it truly was!!

Absolutely wonderful to see them

Thankyou 🙏🙏🙏
That’s very kind of you - as always 🙏🙏
Just amazing
So glad you enjoyed this one - and hope you’re having a great weekend Gracie 👍👍👍
Amazing experience!! I really enjoyed
Thankyou. 🙏🙏🙏. It was a wonderful privilege to see them so close
Tell you what guys - probably my favourite wildlife experience
Just loved every second - you probably saw it on my face 😃😃
They are just so special - when they had finished fishing - you could just tell that they started to play up to the watching crowd. The higher they jumped the bigger the whoop and then they went higher again.
Just so brilliant - so glad you enjoyed this one - we were so very lucky and nearly missed the fun! Very close to breaking cameras and neck 🤣🤣🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Hope you’re having a brilliant weekend guys and thanks for always supporting. Loved your Herefordshire film with Cara - sorry I was late watching. We’ve had a manic week up North but it’s finally slowing down now!!
And they were so close too - literally nearly on the beach at times!!
Very nice! 🤗 Have a beautiful weekend 👍

You too 👍👍👍
What a fantastic experience this must have been to see them so close by! They are beautiful. 👍😊 What a great video! Huge like from me!
Thankyou 🙏🙏🙏. An absolutely amazing experience!!
Such a huge privilege to watch - especially so close to the beach!!
And they played up to their audience - they knew we were enjoying it and so jumped higher, did backflips and tail slaps as the audience whooped.
Just amazing
Hope you’re having a great weekend 👍👍👍

Dave this was so so so so cute ! I loved the dolphins and l loved how happy you looked when you turned round to Sue and looked at the camera . It looked like an amazing experience especially when they started performing for you all and you said that there was a real connection. That was so good to watch, thanks . Have a great evening evening :) ~ Anna
Cheers Anna 🙏🙏🙏
It was really amazing.
@@NBNatureTrailvan That's fantastic. So cute. You have a great rest of the weekend too :)
Well done Dave! Great images and video and so close to you 👍Graeme & Janice
Thanks guys
An amazing experience - we weren’t going to go there and it was a last mi Ute decision.
So glad we did - they were almost close enough to touch at some points - almost on the beach!!
Have a great weekend you two 👍👍👍
It's really a cool place. Beautiful! ♥️
Ha yes, it’s amazing!!!
The Dolphins are just wonderful to watch - they play up to the crowd once they’ve finished feeding and you can get so close to them
It’s really magic!!
Hope you’re doing well and that you’ve had a good week

Cheers Pete and Shell
There is definitely a connection, definitely!!
When they had finished feeding they started to put on a show
No one made them, they seemed to be doing it because we were enjoying it.
But it is an absolutely amazing experience
We were just so lucky and privileged
Hi Paul
Thanks very much - it’s the first time we’ve seen them from the shore over here - and they were close. Within 10 yards at times, they even came closer to tease a dog that was barking at them.
And when they finished feeding it was like - let’s give them a show 😃😃
Amazing experience to see
Thanks for watching and thanks for following. Means a lot. Hope you have a great weekend 👍👍
