In Part 1 of this video series on Electrical Control Panel Basics, you've learned about the "Wiring" of the electrical control panels and in that tutorial, I just pointed out the electrical panel enclosures.
    👉 Watch Part 1 here:
How Electrical Control Panel Works ▶ • How Electrical Control...
In Part 2, I've discussed different aspects of the electrical control panel enclosures. You learned about some tools (like a hole saw cutter and a metal reamer) and devices (like cable glands, cable grommets, etc.) and how to use those tools and devices in your electrical panel and cabling works.
You also learned about the Electrical Panel IP ratings and NEMA ratings and how to keep and improve these Ingress Protection Ratings while working with the panels.
    👉 Watch Part 2 here:
What is an Electrical Control Panel? ▶ • How Electrical Control...
In this part (Part 3), we'll continue our Electrical Panel Enclosure discussion and you'll gain more practical knowledge about them. You'll learn about:
    - The baying system configurations,
    - The enclosure compartments,
    - Wiring ducts,
    - Electrical Panel RAL Standard color codes,
    - Lifting eyebolts,
    and so on.
As you’ve seen in the previous part, the panel has a steel sheet inside, known as the mounting plate that we have to dismantle and install some Wiring ducts on that before we do anything else.
Ducts are a kind of organizing component that we route the wires inside the panel using them. I’m going to add another point here about Wiring ducts.
In the electrical control panels, in some routes we have more wires and, in others, we have fewer.
So, we should consider the depth and the width of every piece of wiring ducts according to the volume of the wires we’re gonna lay into them.
It is not only about the size of the wiring ducts, but the dimensions of the Enclosure have also a significant impact on the comfort of wiring and installation of the electrical components inside the panel.
Obviously, the more electrical components we have to install inside the panel, the bigger the size of the electrical panel should be.
In addition to the number of components, the purpose of usage can also impact the size, type, and configuration of the enclosure.
Generally, an electrical panel enclosure is comprised of a chassis or frame and some plates on its different sides that can be dismantled and assembled pretty easily to provide different configurations known as enclosure baying systems. Let me give you an example.
Consider a Motor Control Center or MCC panel. This panel has three separate compartments with different dimensions that are attached to each other.
These electrical MCC panels are actually a kind of side-baying system in that separate panels are connected side by side.
👉 We also strongly recommend you to watch these videos about Wiring Diagrams:

The way the animation was made is easy to understand, and the way it was narrated in simple english makes it easy to understand by even a Non technical person. I appreciate the efforts and the amount of time spent in creating informative tutorials like this. Keep up the work and hats off for the informations and details.
I have few suggestions or questions,
1, What is the recommended sheetmetal material to make Enclosures?
    2. What should be the general thickness of the sheetmetal used for Enclosures?
Please give me your comments and do the needful. Thanks.
