What do you mean by open DLSS? 40-60fps seems ''normal'' for that CPU on streets, the game and especially the map streets are extremely CPU dependent. Streets is not in a great place right now and you basically need a top tier CPU to have it run well enough..

which version of dlss are they using ?
afaik you can't pick the DLSS version in tarkov.
Tarkov's current DLSS version is 2.5.1I believe.
