Just starting to watch your videos and I love that you give ideas for the elements.
Though, did anyone else see the Nazi Eagle thing in the paper book that has the stamps on the page? Not criticizing you, just surprised they had that in there.

🤔 I didn’t notice that. I’m going to have to go back and look. There sometimes are some weird translations, but I’ve never seen anything like that. Hopefully it’s just an oversight.
@Butterfly Blessings Studio that's what I'm guessing. The back looked like it had chinese writing on it so I'm guessing they just found a vintage image and put it on there without knowing what it was.
And I only happened to notice it because I, like you, was obsessing over the stamp paper and just happened to glance at it. I really do love your videos. I love that you talk about reusing the packaging, which is something I obsessively do.
Thanks for the unboxing. Mine has just finished it's tour of California and is going through customs, so I should have it by the end of the week. Now I can't wait to get my hands on all the goodies. 🇨🇦☺️
Just happened upon your video. I used to get your creative studio boxes a few years ago and liked them. I got one that was mushroom themed, winter Owl themed, and movie themed.
I would love the owls and movie one sounds really cool too! 😊

Hi… I LOVE this box! I wasn’t going to keep getting these since I haven’t used Oct, Nov or Dec yet but I do like trains and I think this box if FULL of fun stuff I would most definitely use when time allows. I’m not sure if I told you about my December box being delayed… It came ‘postage due’ $6.85 although they didn’t give me an envelope to pay it… I think they delivered it because they couldn’t return it to the sender because… very interestingly there’s a label on it that says: “Invalid Return Address” and “Evidence of Counterfeit Postage Label”… I think those lovely scissors made it weight over 13 ounces but I didn’t take the time and energy to weigh it, I just know it feels heavier than normal…
When you mentioned the vellum and listing the items it could be over, I was sure you were going to say in front of one of those lovely train stamps. I usually use the larger pieces of vellum we sometimes get almost the same as regular paper in my 8x8 journal since it’s a plain white page and you can really see the pattern of it. I could also see the vellum being a pocket to hold a ticket or something and you could see through it. They seem quite neutral so should be fairly easy to layer… I find the 4.75x8.25 papers more awkward to use in my 8x8 journal since I tend to use the whole page except for a small border all around it. I have to get creative with wide borders and or cut it up for an even more collage effect. I’ve been doing the collage style journaling throughout 2022 from the pocket size 3.5x5.5 size up to the 8x8 YCS journal and I’m really missing doing more traditional art journal layouts using paints, focal images, etc. which is one of the reasons I hadn’t ordered more YCS… that… and… I’m determined to spend less and choose well this year. I haven’t really given myself a monthly budget but more so to stop impulsive purchases and using the idea of want or need, etc. anyway… I’ll watch your unboxing video again to confirm that although I certainly don’t NEED more collage materials, I LOVE the contents of this box!
