What is the use of exposing any process/object as a web service? Can that process or object be triggered through api or web service?

Internal : Unexpected error Error in web service - You are not authorised to call this webservice. I am getting the error. Can u please tell me why it is happening?

this happens sometime.. you can try restarting the service. or recreate webservice...
