Cheers Pam - Yes, a pleasant day for a Newton Wander - On Friday, I go to a different part, so all good - Fish & Chips were 'OK' - But a junior guy on his first day, made a bit of a mess of the order 😥& while I was offered to have it made again, I didn't have time to wait - See you tomorrow 👍👍👍
That was a good update Bill thanks. The autumnal colours on those trees is fabulous, what a glorious sight😻. Presumably the semi pedestrianized road is all part of the drive to kill off the car😿. 😺
Mum said the exact same thing about those trees - Considering she can only really see shapes and colours, she said they looked nice & suggested getting some planted in the triangle - If only it were that simple! I think the road stuff is more for the businesses that will be there in the future, over those that are there now 👍
No, not yet. Thought about it, but the thing is, a Mod is good for a rowdy comment section, where things need to be deleted or people banned, but I don't have that. I just have nice people asking me questions about Teignmouth, & things I have mentioned in older videos - Its just a time constraint for me. A lot of the questions are being asked to me personally, so I cant se how someone else would be able to answer them. But never say never - If I feel i need extra hands, you and Andy will be my first choice 👍👍👍
For the amount of moaning on Facebook you'd have thought the council had dug Queen Street up and replaced it with land mines. It's already a much nicer environment for pedestrians and the landscaping hasn't been completed yet - previously it was a pretty grim, traffic-dominated street. Look forward to seeing the finished job.

Don’t know what to make of the new pedestrian part ,I suppose only time will tell and how many shop closures will come from it , I did notice one chain retailer with a closing down sale .
A Colas rail plasser theurer track Tamper , made in Linz, Austria. I tried to buy one for my model railway, which was fully operational, best part of £800
No worries bill, yeah andy it's a sight to behold and how exciting for the kids proper magic. The maintenance on that rail and stock probably wipes out any profit andy
