I get TONS of those emails and postal letters from these companies l, it's all a setup, it's like they want you to be in debt up to your ears smh, i don't fall for any of that crap, especially since now I'm getting near to close, i already have 6 cc that i only barely use just to keep the accounts open, since the beginning of my underwriting process i have dramatically decreased my DTI ratio and my credit score has gone up significantly, i have not opened any new accounts or cc's, hell I've been nervous about buying groceries 😂, nothing is gonna stop me from getting my home, these ppl keep sending me this crsp about how my credit score approves me for this and that, NOPE!!, not I captain, it's like they're saying " hey you don't have enough debt, let's get you some more"....it's effn disgusting how this system is😡
