What's happening in the hopper at about the 1:30 mark how is it breaking open the rinds? I get there must be a screen inside to separate the seeds but what's actually happening in there that doesn't crush the seeds as well? I've always wondered how they industrialized this process when I seen the cups of pomegranate seeds. Also what happens to the chaff? Can it also be used in like animal feed or recycled into compost? Also another question does picking them green aide in the separation process or is that strictly a shelf life thing? Also are they packed in a gas? Like nitrogen or co2 or just vacuum sealed?
Thank you very much for your question. The fact that you can ask such a question shows that you are a serious thinker, which is great. As for why you get pomegranate seeds, you can simply understand it in the following way: inside our equipment there is a cutter and a roller for crushing. The screened and cleaned pomegranates enter the crushing device. The pomegranates are cut by the cutting knife when passing through the crushing roller. The crushing roller simultaneously squeezes the fresh pomegranates away and falls into the lower crushing device. This will give you the peeled pomegranate seeds. I hope the above content can help you. If you have any other questions that are unclear, you can contact us at any time.🙂

It's a starting point it's pretty hard to effectively extract all the seed. In any case everything in your house is essentially "Chinese quality" or Mexican or Taiwanese or Korean or Japanese because in case you didn't notice America is a consumer culture there is very little manufacturing in America. Even "American made" doesn't mean made in America the design was shipped elsewhere for cheaper more efficient labor to make instead of expensive American workers who are in no way more qualified than anyone else the opposite in fact. If you're going be a racist at least be good at it. Say something along the lines of "nice company you got there it would be a shame if the grandleader pooh bear absorbed it into the central economy and disappeared you and your family in the middle of the night if you say anything." See that's kinda bigoted but it's also devastatingly true unlike your folly statement.

@@paulberkey5096 furthermore this is a rip off of a israeli machine by juran technology with way better efficiency.
