I get very violent, bloody and aggressive thoughts. These intrusive thoughts usually come and go but sometimes I get repeatedly attacked by them relentlessly every time I close my eyes and god forbid I fall asleep. They never fail to attack my dreams and jolt me awake. This video helped calm me and hopefully I can sleep tonight

i’m really struggling to sleep due to some really weird crazy intense phobia of blood tests i have. every time i an not completely distracted i think of that and it feels really really horrible. im doing classics gcse and this is really interesting enough to keep me distracted and relaxing enough to get me to sleep. i listen to this every night. thank you so much.
I know some people don't like the relaxation techniques before each story, but I enjoy them. This is a bedtime story after all. I feel like the breathing techniques and mindfulness prepare you for a better sleep and more receptive to the stories. ❤

We’ll never know what is right or wrong when it comes to the very past… I wonder why certain stories stuck & who made them stick. We’ll never really know the truth because we weren’t there. However it’s beautiful to hear so many different stories. Is why it’s mythology & always so interesting. I always have the craziest scariest dreams… this time- at an hour in I woke up from a dream where I was with 2 other people. We were going through this labyrinth of some kind of dollhouse/fake house thing. Like pill boxes had fake pills, there was tons of fake clothes and loads of shit everywhere but there was monsters allll over and zombies. And we would have to jump from one part to the next in between patrols of these ravenous beasts, patrols or blood thirsty idk what’s… dude- if they left someone like me- with my sleeping mind to set up hell- lots are in big - big trouble… wtf.

I always have the craziest scariest dreams… this time- at an hour in I woke up from a dream where I was with 2 other people. We were going through this labyrinth of some kind of dollhouse/fake house thing. Like pill boxes had fake pills, there was tons of fake clothes and loads of shit everywhere but there was monsters allll over and zombies. And we would have to jump from one part to the next in between patrols of these ravenous beasts, patrols or blood thirsty idk what’s… dude- if they left someone like me- with my sleeping mind to set up hell- lots are in big - big trouble… wtf.
