Honestly, it doesn't look THAT difficult. What could be so hard about standing there watching the material flow under your feet while watching the collapses indicating that the job is getting closer to being finished? Your only responsibility is to pull the next board at the proper time or collect and stack the boards when someone else pulls them. There is the option of keeping the water hose on the pile or spraying down the surfaces. The only real challenge I see is if the metal barge becomes extremely hot during the summer. You would need to have PLENTY of bottled water to avoid heat illness. But honestly, it looks like you're just standing or sitting there most of the time.
