sir according to 2s complement subtraction u need to take the compliment of the answer if there is no carry ryt but here we r not taking the 2s compliment of the answer 0-9
When we are multiplying -9 and -13, we are getting positive answer +117, so that we are directly getting the answer, there is no need of getting 2's complement for the answer ok, suppose -9 is multiplied with +13, we are getting -117 , hence we say that result is -ve and also result is in 2's complement form, then we have to find the 2's complement of the result, i hope u understood what i told
