Melted or softened 385g of condensed milk/1 regular tin (I recommend the clover on always comes out perfect) @cloverwaybetter A cup of sugar or less 2 tsp of vanilla essence Sugar depends on your taste buds, but also consider that condensed milk is also sweet

Wow Hi antox, you can definitely omit cream of tartar it is not that important, use 800g of flour instead of 1kg...then the biscuits will still be as soft. Thank you so much for watching

Hey I would say add the milk slowly until you get a thick dough...this is when you would need to measure by observing dough, I have never used just milk to get cookie consistency
