I do a mix of heavy bench press (for me heavy might not be all that heavy. Like 85-90lbs) for 8-12 and then weighted decline and flat pushups (20-30lbs), finally finishing off with bodyweight dips. It freakin burns and I hope with progressive overload one day I look jacked like you
all the variations of push ups targets your chest and tricep and if your kinda weak you can feel your abs is helping you workout on push ups so it targets 3 different muscles

this dude inspired me a lot idk when u should start doingpushups but i started at 11 and i couldnt do one pushup but in 2 months i was able to do 10 pushups in a row (maybe 15) no im much older and can do 50 pushups in a row
There is also handstand push ups for shoulders, like push ups if handstand push ups are too hard, also another way to target your lower chest with calisthenics is dips This is for beginner I feel like if you’ve been in calisthenics for a bit you would probably know this
Thare are also push ups that target arms well tho they are much harder than chest ones so if you dont have equipmant do thous special push ups that you can find online and if yiu do its not worth the risk of injury IMO

pseudo planch pushups target your biceps when you do it with reversed hand placement and learn forward but i dont recommend it just do pull exercises and curls to grow your biceps

Started doing archer push ups with some quality form and I absolutely love them! Actually really difficult to do well tho feel a bit proud of my progress when I show others them and they try to do them and realize they finna not easy and are hard on elbows Xd
Could be a few things. Try placing your hand on the ground underneath your chest. People tend to put on the shoulder level. Also don't round your shoulder forward, that's also common. If you do all that and still not feeling your chest, try building your shoulder and triceps. Maybe they're weaker than your chest.
