Bro can you explain about AIPP program?
Bro, You could apply coconut oil as a base for your lips then on top apply Vaseline petroleum jelly. This is the best for the Canadian winter. Also after the shower before the skin gets dry apply the moisturizing cream. I use "Live Clean" skin moisturizing lotion. Works well.

Very informative video brother…!!👌 I can relate each & every point you mentioned,. I landed at Canada (from India) last winter ❄️ Dry skin was the worst thing I had to suffer…little did I know about moisturiser. Finally Cetaphil came to rescue…but only after a number of scratchy nights 😀..

One of my friends, a temporary coworker, was saying goodbye before returning to India and told me how happy he was to have had the chance to experience minus 40 Celsius, and i said "What? When?"
After figuring out that he was referring to the news report wind chill number, I wished i could tell him that minus 40 is when the hair inside one's nose freezes while breathing in. Or that the snow has a higher pitched squeak as it gets colder. Or that the foam car seats are hard like wood and the starter can't turn the engine over because the oil is so stiff.
