I guess for them it's great to have a variant of the original (as with Pineapple Kryptonite) that appeals to a slightly different audience and keeps the song fresh for them as performers. The choreography as ever was spot on and their vocals really stable. They never fail to impress. Love them.
Atarashii Gakko (no Leaders), the girls seem to have been pretty successful this year, both at domestic Japan and abroad. And I heard that the group name and the 'dance of shaking the heads' of this song were nominated as the buzzwords of the year in Japan, ha. Congratulations! I want to go to solo shows of them next year!
I was actually kinda tired of this song even before it found new life after a few years. I don't typically like electronic music either, but this version made the song fun for me again. They are just a blast to watch as well.
Doing a remix just shows that AG are not afraid to experiment and try something new. I don't like the remix as much as the original Otona Blue, but it6's useful to have a hyped up variant for a concert. For Pineapple Kryptonite my opinion is reversed; not a fan of the original but love the EDM remix. FYI Babymetal did something similar with Headbanger, the "Headbanger Night of 15' remix is EDM Broadway insanity.
It's Otoni Blue after 20 cups of Coffee, I love it!

they are a fun bunch of talented girls!
I'm glad I saw them before they got big. It doesn't look like you can see them here. And I think it's the kind of show where you need to see them.
Fire!
