I’m of an age to remember diner counters (sigh). In my town our Kresgee store and Murphy 5 & dime both had counters. I miss them!

I love and miss those old diners as well, even our local grocery store had one, it made shopping such a fun outing. :) I used to shop at an old 5 & Dime called Rogers until it closed in the 90's, such good memories. :)

I loved making little things when I was younger and setting up scenes with my dolls, I also loved making little dioramas. :)

Diner items are the best!!!
I use an old Formica table with yellow top and aluminum edging. Love vintage things.

We had a Newberry store in my city in VT. That and Woolworths and Grants. They went out of business in the 70s and 80s.
