Watching somebody masterwork a weapon and then immediately Tier 1 enhance it physically hurts me.
Why? You LITERALLY lose nothing.
You’re spending the same amount of cores and glimmer regardless.
@@TheDeadlyefxHad to double check this but yeah, my bad. Just 3 cores to enhance and whatever it would cost to get to what would be lvl 10 masterwork. I assumed it charges full masterwork price for Tier 1 enhancement whether you masterworked the weapon or not.

Lone Wolf works all the time, benefits double when allies aren’t around. I’d say it’s better the Zen on a sidearm

I really enjoyed the eddy current/adagio roll I picked up recently. Paired it with an arc lock getaway artist build. Very fun for the IB sixes
A good target lock roll for Unending Tempest could be a good idea after the recent smg buffs
Rangefinder is even better now! It helps so many different things, and makes every gun feel better. Rangefinder with Precision Instrument is the roll.

Randy’s throwing knife enhanced with gutshot straight and kinetic tremors can 2 crit 3 body. Makes the bad optimal ttk much easier to hit.
That's such a satisfying feeling getting almost the exact roll you want so quick.
i actually have 3 of those on my vault, i didn’t knew it was the god roll for pvp… i use that sidearm to increase the power level of other weapons
I like Lone Wolf/closing time with adagio, just haven't gotten my 5/5 god roll. Adogio gives 30% dps increase compared to killclip 25% and conservers ammo due to slower fire allowing for 3 kills without reloading and +10 range.
Do you have to max the masterwork before enhancing? I stopped because I thought just upgrading and enhancing made it auto masterwork?
Enhancing it auto masterworks it, and the core cost is as much as it would take to masterwork it + 3
Been farming for Randy’s with over under kinetic tremors for gm’s. 8 crucible resets later. Can’t get it to drop

Autumn wind is really now if you get arrowhead it’s 93 recoil and use ballistics with high stability I love it.

PSA you can just start to enhance the weapon and it masterworks it for you.
Also if you care about glimmer (which I did during IB) you can save 5k glimmer by leveling your weapon to level 5 before enhancing it (:

Sheikh - don't Masterwork and Enhance, just Enhance first it gives you the MW stat bump anyway!

A lot of people have been swearing by rangefinder/PI on this. You might try that roll as well.

I auto attune to metas but I'm also a sidearm freak
PSA: Sidearms get no tangible benefit to range beyond 40-45 points in the range stat, which is why you invest in stability for the sake of being consistent.

It's not really like that(no tangible benefit), you do increase your range, but the range benefits are smaller compared to what stability gives you imo.
@@kenpachi2607 i only figured this out after checking things like d2foundry, handling, range, and reload increases affect the weapon much more than a range bump

(Edit) My first thought for a god roll was lone wolf + precision instrument.
Lone Wolf is great for m&k but for controller Closing Time is the s-tier. You already have some natural aim assist, and it’s the accuracy (that you can’t get anywhere else) that makes the gun stupid sticky.
Just AA (like from Lone Wolf) will put the reticle in the right place but you’ll still miss shots due to the accuracy cone growth. Closing Time makes your shots hit.
Also: high accuracy + Precision Instrument? Ridiculous.
Actually have this 5/5 roll with increased zoom. It's truly godly.

Because you have to hit every crit to do that and a lot of times that’s not going to happen.
You don’t have to hit every crit, you just have to not miss the target when you shoot. Precision instrument doesn’t stop being active until you miss. Which makes it better in my opinion

If you really want more damage just to have damage after a kill, then I guess? Id rather have voltshot though idk, just an odd choice when precision rewards you with the same ttk, without a kill, and also helps you on the first kill instead of kill clip where you will never get the .5ttk on the first kill
