And I thought I was the only person who consistently had issues like receiving duplicates or the wrong item. I agreed with you about marker nibs, brush is my favorite and I don't like chisel. You have the best attitude about used books. However book 712, I would return it because it seems a bit too personal. What condition was it advertised as poor condition? Anyway...your haul videos are extremely entertaining. There's always something unexpected and your comments are positively cute! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Oh thank you so much! I’m so terrible at the full set thing - I try not to do it, but don’t usually succeed 🤣 I really kinda liked the book 712 thing though. It’s kind of like a collaboration once I finish my part. I always like reading books that are in a diary form, so maybe that’s why I don’t mind it 💗
I got last years calendar and loved it, it was split fairly evenly between art supplies and scrapbooking stuff so I thought this year would be the same. Wish I could have seen your video before I purchased this, I am really only interested in scrapbooking and now I feel I have wasted my money 😢, you did a great job but my heart just kept sinking futther and further as the unpacking went on.

@@mattiekitty I hope I will be able to use the art stuff, there's nothing wrong with it but sadly I don't have any real talent in that direction. It's also not Grabie's fault because they do advertise the contents but that seems to have completely passed me by 🤣. But last years had such beautiful papers and stickers I guess I assumed it would be the same. I did enjoy what you did with them.

If you call Amazon's customer service instead of using the app. and just tell them what the problem is and ask for a refund they will do it with no qualms. Occasionally they will offer you a replacement with no return instead and I will usually just say I would prefer a refund with no return. They usually say o.k. but every once in a while they will have you send pictures of the damaged item or the wrong item you were sent to a special link and then you get your refund. You can also use the customer service chat bot but ask to speak to a person and you can get the same results by typing. I don't drive so getting somewhere to return items is very hard which is why I call them. I just dont make a habit of it. I only do this if something is missing, damaged or the wrong item. In the case of something I decide I don't like or a wrong size clothing I find a friend to return it for me. Hope this helps.
