लेकिन यह कई मुद्दों को पैदा करता है और जीवन में कई स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं को जन्म दे सकता है।
एक ओवरहेड पानी की टंकी दिल में रुकावट पैदा कर सकती है और अगर उत्तर पूर्व में रखा जाए तो पक्षाघात हो सकता है,
इसी तरह ए में अंडर ग्राउंड वॉटर टैंक जीवन में स्थिरता दे सकता है और उत्तर पूर्व में रखा हुआ [मर्मा] न्यूरोलॉजिकल समस्याएं दे सकता है।
तो हमेशा सही तरीके से सीखें फिर बेहतरी के लिए वास्तु का पालन करें, एक छोटी सी गलती कई मुद्दों को जन्म दे सकती है।
This is a very common myth of vastu shastra that we should have water tank in North East or South west .
But this creates many issues and can leads to several health problems in life.
A overhead water tank can create blockages in heart and If placed in North east can cause paralysis,
Similarly A under ground water tank in Sw can give in stability in life and in placed in North east [ Marma ] can give neurological problems.
So always learn accurately then follow the vastu for betterment , a small mistake can leads to several issues.

As per the video,
Over head Water tank should be in South or West or North West directions.
Underground water should be in East direction.
Please suggest a remedy for having a pond in the south side of the house (atleast 25feet away from house and not part of the property)

kindly give the name of the reference and Sloka from ancient Vastu text that recommends this information.

South me rakha ja sakta hai kya overhead water tank
Dakhsin me Pani ke tank overhead ho uske neche kitchen ho sakta hai
हमारे यहाँ 4 से 5 या 6 महीने तक रुक रुक के बारिश होती है 6 महीने तक पूरी जमीन गीली गीली रहती है

Mera boring hai bharamsthan se thora dur. Agni coin me aata hai koiy upay hai kya mere papa ko read ki haddi ki problem hai unki kamar dard karti rahati hai

Then water is stored in a water tank kept in basement parking N2 and N3
Water is pumped up to 2nd floor rooftop in NNW AND NORTH
